A vibrant, three-day exploration of what’s next, propelling the “future you” to drive change at every level, from personal to global. The first-ever TEDNext conference, held in Atlanta, kicks off an expansion of the annual slate of conferences from TED and is designed to spark imagination, embrace possibility and foster dreams about what the next version of you can be and do.</p> <p><strong>The event:</strong> Talks from Session 1 of TEDNext 2024, hosted by TED’s Monique Ruff-Bell and Helen Walters</p> <p><strong>When and where:</strong> Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Pullman Yards in Atlanta, Georgia</p> <p><strong>Speakers and performers:</strong> Safiya Sinclair, Lisa Kaltenegger, Adam Munder, Malcolm Gladwell, Leo Villareal, Athena Kugblenu, Shu Takada</p> <p>Watch <strong><a href="https://tedlive.ted.com/?tn24blog">TEDNext 2024 on TED Live</a></strong>, check out <strong><a href="https://creative.ted.com/explore/collections/tednext-2024">more photos from the event</a></strong> and learn more about<strong> <a href="https://conferences.ted.com/?tn24-blog">attending a future TED conference</a></strong></p> <p><b>The talks in brief:</b></p> <div id="attachment_117505" style="width: 910px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img decoding="async" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-117505" class="size-full wp-image-117505" src="https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg" alt="" width="900" height="600" srcset="https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg 1200w, https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg?resize=150,100 150w, https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg?resize=250,167 250w, https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg?resize=768,512 768w, https://blog.ted.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2024/10/TN24_20241022_2GT5920-medium.jpg?resize=530,353 530w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /><p id="caption-attachment-117505" class="wp-caption-text">Safiya Sinclair performs at TEDNext 2024 on October 22, 2024, at Pullman Yards in Atlanta, GA.
