is it not he that <i>has</i> much strength, and <i>he</i> who has a strong arm?<p> <A name="4"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/26-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span>To whom hast thou given counsel? is it not to him who has all wisdom?
