شمالی صوبے سرپل کے ضلع میں سرکاری انتظامی ہیڈ کوارٹر پر قبضہ کرلیا ہے۔</p><p>خبر رساں ادارے ایسوسی ایٹڈ پریس (اے پی) کے مطابق صوبائی پولیس چیف کے ترجمان امین اللہ امین کا کہنا ہے کہ طالبان کے سیکڑوں جنگجوؤں نے مختلف جانب سے ضلع کوہستان پر حملہ کیا اور سرکاری انتظامی ہیڈ کوارٹر پر قبضہ کرلیا۔</p><p>صوبائی پولیس چیف جنرل محمد آصف جبارخیل کا کہنا ہے کہ سیکیورٹی فورسز کو طالبان سے مقابلے کے لیے علاقے میں بھیجا نہیں جاسکا کیونکہ ضلع کوہستان صوبے کے دارالحکومت سے 100 کلومیٹر پر واقع ہے۔</p><p><strong>مزید پڑھیں: <a لیے آپریشن کی منصوبہ بندی کی جارہی ہے۔</p><p>پولیس عہدیدار کا کہنا تھا کہ طالبان نے قبضے کے دوران ایک پولیس کمانڈر اور اس کے ساتھیوں کو ہتھیار ڈالنے پر مجبور کیا۔</p><p>دوسری جانب طالبان کے ترجمان قاری یوسف احمدی نے جاری بیان میں کہا ہے کہ گروپ کے جنگجوؤں نے تمام ضلع پر قبضہ کرلیا ہے اور پولیس کی گاڑیاں، ہتھیار اور گولہ بورود بھی حاصل کیا ہے۔</p><p>ادھر تاجکستان کے سرحد کے قریب واقع افغان صوبے قندوز کے پولیس چیف کے ترجمان سرور حسینی کا کہنا ہے کہ طالبان نے ضلع خان آباد پر حملہ کیا اور اکثر دیہاتوں پر قبضہ کرلیا۔</p><p>انھوں نے کہا کہ طالبان کے خلاف مقامی عسکریت پسندوں کی مدد کے لیے افغان قبضہ</a></strong></p><p>طالبان کی جانب سے میڈیا کو جاری کیے گیے بیان میں قندوز حملے کی ذمہ داری قبول کی گئی ہے۔</p><p>واضح رہے کہ گذشتہ سال دسمبر میں امریکا اور نیٹو فورسز کے افغانستان سے انخلاء کے بعد طالبان کے خلاف افغان سیکیورٹی فورسز کو شدید مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔</p><p>طالبان کی جانب سے رواں سال اپریل میں موسم سرما کی کارروائیوں کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا۔</p><p>یاد رہے کہ اس اعلان کے بعد افغانستان کے دیگر صوبوں کی طرح صوبہ قندوز میں بھی طالبان کی جانب سے بے شمار حملے کیے گئے ہیں جن کا سلسلہ جاری ہے اس کے علاوہ طالبان جنگجوؤں نے کئی بار صوبہ قندوز کے دارالحکومت کے اطراف میں پہنچ کر اپنی موجودگی
