<p>　　近日，《华商报》刊登文章(《彩民获“慈善特别大奖”是小品吗？》)，对中国彩民获“慈善特别大奖”以嘲讽的态度表示了疑义。笔者认为，对这样一个新鲜事件的出现持过于狭隘和抵触的态度，这不应该是一份推广新知、新事物的报纸所应有的态度。</p> <p>　　很显然，从文章内容上看，该文作者对彩票的认知是非常浅显的、片面的。进入2000年以来，更多的高知、高薪、高层次人士成为关注彩票的新力量，他们的出现使得彩票发展更健康、更稳定。这股新力量在购买彩票的同时也在对彩票进行着思考，并影响着身边的购彩者，这种影响力对整个彩票行业的发展不可小觑。同时，他们也主动将对彩票行业的要求和建议提出来，成为推动彩票业发展的重要力量。</p> <p>　　“买彩票中大奖，这是一个连地球之外的人都知道的道理。在一百万个彩民中，恐怕也没有多少个敢拍着胸脯说自己买彩票的目的是为国家做贡献”(摘自《华商报》)。是的，没有一个人在买彩票的时候会拍着胸脯说自己买彩票的目的是为国家作贡献，除非是作秀。 </p> <p>　　中国人处事的态度是低调的，不张扬的。有一个真实的例子，2006年安徽一位中得500万的彩民在拿到奖金后，做的第一件事就是为家乡修路。他叫房全发，家在农村，生活水平很差，他在买彩票的时候没有“拍着胸脯说自己买彩票的目的是为国家作贡献”，也没有暗自考虑如果中奖如何作贡献。而当500万真真切切摆在眼前时，他自然而然地想到要去修路，这是发自内心的。当有人问他为什么要修路呢？他说，村子里太穷，有条路，或许能给大家带来好日子。《华商报》那篇文章的作者，你低估了中国彩民的觉悟，你有没有统计过，几乎80%的中大奖的彩民都进行过捐赠活动？他们没必要作秀，也未必是为了买个心理安慰！如果你没有接触过中国彩民，就不要鄙视他们，他们对社会的贡献或许你正享受其中！ </p> <p>　　相对于其他很多行业，中国彩票的前进发展更为跌跌撞撞，因为受传统文化影响，人们对彩票的观望是戴着有色眼镜的。可是，谁敢说哪一个行业在发展中没有出现过问题？或者出的问题比彩票少？中国彩票之所以小心翼翼地发展，因为这是一个特殊行业，一点风吹草动都会影响其正常的发展，一点偏颇的言论都有可能促使它畸形发展和倒退。</p> <p>　　即便是很多媒体给予的多是批评，仍挡不住彩票的发展，彩票所筹集的公益金年年增多，这是趋势，是市场的力量。这些媒体是否应该考虑一下呢？有的人因彩票而犯罪，原因到底是彩票的错，还是社会的问题，或者是什么？彩票不能永远背黑锅，为什么绝大多数购买彩票的人没有犯罪？这是否也说明，一切都是正常的？</p>
