Elles visent à saisir les possibilités d’une démocratisation de ces expérimentations, afin de participer au renforcement du pouvoir d’agir des fractions les plus précarisées de la population et de concourir ainsi à la constitution d’une transition écologique populaire. C’est à cette question centrale que le CARHOP consacre un projet numéro de sa revue <em>Dynamiques</em>. Quels mobilisations et acteurs ont construit ce débat démocratique durant ces quarante dernières années ? L’objectif de ce numéro thématique de la revue <em>Dynamiques.
