Laurentian University and Campus Recreation are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in Laurentian University facilities or programs.</li> <li>All users must be a current LU student, faculty/staff, Community or their guests. Valid ID cards must be presented upon entrance to the facility. Expired, unauthorized, or counterfeit ID cards will be confiscated and privileges may be revoked.</li> <li>The following age restrictions apply to each of the following facilities: <ul> <li>Aquatics Centre and Pool: all users must be 13 years or older to use facilities without adult supervision.</li> <li>Recreation Centre – all users must be at least 18 years of age.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Alcohol, tobacco products, glass containers, and pets, with the exception of service animals, are prohibited at all facilities.</li> <li>Proper workout/swim attire and footwear is required for all users.  Guidelines are posted in the gym and workout/swim attire should reflect our value of respect whereby all gym members can remain comfortable and safe.</li> <li>No equipment should be removed from any facility without prior consent of Campus Recreation Staff.</li> <li>All equipment should be returned to its proper location after use.</li> <li>Personal items should be secured in lockers. Campus Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.</li> <li>Participants are expected to act responsibly and respect the rights of others. Unacceptable language and behaviour are prohibited.</li> <li>Photography, videotaping, posting of announcements/flyers without permission from Campus Recreation is prohibited.</li> <li>Activities
