öğrencilerin konuşma kaygıları belirlenmeye ve çeşitli değişkenler açısından değerlendirmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Saraybosna Türk Kültür Merkezinde (TKM) Türkçe öğrenen orta (B) ve yüksek (C) seviyelerdeki öğrencilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem alınmamış ve evrenin tamamına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya 63 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya temel teşkil eden veriler Melanlıoğlu ve Demir (2013) tarafından geliştirilen “Konuşma Kaygısı Ölçeği” ve araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ile toplanmıştır. Saraybosna TKM’de Türkçeyi yabancı dil olarak öğrenen öğrencilerin konuşma kaygılarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelendiği bu araştırmada, öğrencilerin Türkçe konuşurken belli bir oranda kaygı duydukları; fakat bu kaygının yüksek olmadığı söylenilebilir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre erkek öğrencilerin konuşma kaygısı puan ortalaması bayan öğrencilere göre bir miktar daha fazladır; ancak öğrencilerin cinsiyetleri, yaşları, meslekleri, devam ettikleri kurları, Türkiye’de bulunma ve Türkçeyi sınıf dışında kullanma durumları ile Türkçe konuşma kaygıları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamaktadır. The purposes of this study are to examine the Turkish speaking anxieties of the students who are learning Turkish as a foreign language in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to evaluate it in terms of different variables. The universe of this research is the Turkish learners who is attending Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center in Sarajevo Institute (TKM) at intermediate (B) and high (C) levels. In this study, sample was not taken and to reach the entire universe was tried. 63 students participated in this research. The data was collected from "the Speech Anxiety Scale" developed by Melanlıoğlu and Demir (2013) and "Personal Information Forms" conducted to students. Concerning this study, which examines the Turkish speaking anxieties of the students who are learning Turkish as a foreign in Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Centre Sarajevo with several variables in terms of student learning as a foreign language speaking anxiety, it can be declared that the students feel anxiety up to some extent but the level of this anxiety is not high. According to the survey results, the average scores of the speaking anxiety of the male students are a little more than female students; but there is no significant difference between the sex, age, professions, levels continued, visiting Turkey before, and using the Turkish language out of class of the students’ and the Turkish speaking anxieties.</p><div class="ds-related-work--ctas"><button Araştırma, 2019</p><p class="ds-related-work--abstract ds2-5-body-sm">Bu çalışmanın amacı Varşova Yunus Emre Enstitüsünde Türkçe öğrenen Polonyalı öğrencilerin konuşma kaygılarını belirlemektir. Bu amaç çerçevesinde, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenen Polonyalı öğrencilerin sınıf içi, sınıf dışı ve genel konuşma kaygı düzeyleri belirlenmiş ve çeşitli değişkenler açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Tarama modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmada Varşova Yunus Emre Enstitüsünde farklı düzeylerde Türkçe öğrenen 84 öğrenciye ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen veriler, Woodrow (2006) tarafından geliştirilen, Melanlıoğlu ve Demir (2013) tarafından geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılarak Türkçeye uyarlanan “Konuşma Kaygısı Ölçeği” ile araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ‘Kişisel Bilgi Formu’ndan elde edilmiştir. Varşova Yunus Emre Enstitüsünde farklı seviyelerde Türkçe öğrenen kursiyerlerin sınıf içi, sınıf dışı ve genel konuşma kaygı düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelendiği bu çalışmada, öğrencilerin Türkçe konuşurken düşük düzeyde kaygı duydukları söylenebilir. Araştırma, Polonyalı öğrencilerin öğrenim durumlarına göre sınıf içi, sınıf dışı ve genel konuşma kaygı düzeylerinde anlamlı bir farklılık olduğunu, öğrenim durumunun arttıkça konuşma kaygısının azaldığını göstermiştir. Öğrencilerin cinsiyetleri, yaşları, Türkçe öğrenme sebepleri ve Türkçe öğrenme süreleri ile Türkçe konuşma kaygıları arasında ise anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. becerileri üzerinden yapılmakta olup bütün becerilerin dengeli ve yeterli öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma Türkçenin ikinci dil olarak öğretiminde, öğrencilerin temel dil becerilerini etkili ve verimli kullanma durumlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yönteminden faydalanılarak durum belirleme amacıyla gerçekleştirilen çalışmada veriler gözlem, görüşme ve doküman incelemesi yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırma Kilis 7 Aralık Üniversitesi TÖMER’de eğitimlerine devam eden B1 kurundaki yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler ve ilgili kurumda görev yapan öğreticiler üzerinden yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda Türkçeyi ikinci/yabancı dil olarak öğrenen öğrencilerin özellikle konuşma ve yazma becerileri olmak üzere dil becerilerini dengeli ve verimli kullanamadıkları, bu durumun öğrenciden, öğreticiden ve ders materyallerinden kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir.
