The ultimate goal of this\r\nsystem is to focus on achieving total customer satisfaction by\r\nremoving eight wastes available in any process in an organization.\r\nA survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to 30 highly\r\nactive automotive vendors in Malaysia and analyzed by PASW\r\nStatistics 18. It was found out that these vendors have been\r\npracticing and measuring the effectiveness TQM and LM\r\nimplementation. More involvement of all Malaysian automotive\r\nvendors will represent the exact status of current Malaysian\r\nautomotive industry in implementing TQM and LM and can\r\ndetermine whether the industry is ready for integrated TQM and\r\nLM system.
