Es existieren jeweils eigene Verträge für das KIT, die Hochschule Karlsruhe (HKA) und den Standort Karlsruhe der DHBW (DHBW-KA).</p> <p>Neben der <a href="/rechtliches-gebuehren.php">Benutzungsordnung der KIT-Bibliothek</a> und den urheberrechtlichen Bestimmungen gelten jeweils die Allgemeinen Geschäfts- und Nutzungsbedingungen der Anbieter, die auf deren  entsprechenden Webseiten zu finden sind. Mit Abruf der Inhalte stimmt der Nutzer diesen zu.</p> <p>Es gilt allgemein:</p> <ul> <li>Die Volltexte der Artikel dürfen nur zum persönlichen Gebrauch und für Zwecke in Forschung und Lehre ausgedruckt oder gespeichert werden. Der systematische Download von Artikeln, elektronischen Büchern oder Suchresultaten, insbesondere durch Robots oder ähnliche Software, ist untersagt.</li> <li>Die Inhalte dürfen weder in elektronischer noch in gedruckter Form verbreitet oder gewerblich genutzt werden.</li> <li>Vom Verlag vorgegebene Obergrenzen bei Druck und Download, z.B. innerhalb einer Browser-Session, sind einzuhalten. Mögliche Ursachen sind Störungen der Server, unangekündigte Änderungen der Zugriffsbestimmungen, Netzstörungen etc. Die KIT-Bibliothek bemüht sich, Störungen schnellstmöglich zu beseitigen.
