the marquee parade of the Portland Rose Festival, the Grand Floral Parade, will return to downtown Portland in 2025.</p><p class="c-paragraph">However, this doesn’t mean the Grand Floral Parade is exactly back to normal.</p><p class="c-paragraph">According to a press release from the festival, “The new downtown route will begin on Naito Parkway and finish at 14th and Taylor, following a path similar to the CareOregon Starlight Parade.”</p><div id="InContent_Center_BS5Z4RM4XJF37PV76ZX32EJE2M" style="text-align:center"></div><p class="c-paragraph">Essentially, the parade will trade the east class="c-paragraph">In recent years, city and festival officials have cited ongoing police and volunteer shortages, as well as upgrades to the Burnside Bridge, the parade’s conduit from the east side
