La investigación sobre los sistemas alimentarios y las cadenas de valor aborda las cuestiones del trabajo y el empleo de diferentes maneras. Près de trente communications sont prévues et seront présentées par des professeur-e-s, chercheur-e-s, étudiant-e-s et intervenant-e-s sur le rôle et l’action des femmes pour assurer la sécurité alimentaire.
