<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Sáng 10/8/2023 tại Hà Nội, Hiệp hội các nhà thầu xây dựng Việt Nam (VACC) đã tổ chức buổi tọa đàm góp ý kiến sửa đổi, bổ sung Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về an toàn cháy cho nhà và công trình (QCVN 06:2022/BXD). Toạ đàm có sự tham dự của lãnh đạo Vụ khoa khọc công nghệ và môi trường – Bộ Xây dựng, Viện khoa học công nghệ xây dựng (IBST) – Bộ Xây dựng, các chuyên gia và một số doanh nghiệp xây dựng khu vực phía Bắc thuộc Hiệp hội.</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Phát biểu tại buổi tọa đàm, ông Nguyễn Quốc Hiệp – Chủ tịch Hiệp hội các nhà thầu Xây dựng Việt Nam nhấn mạnh: Vấn đề an toàn cháy cho nhà và công trình là vấn đề rất quan trọng và việc sửa đổi, bổ sung QCVN 06:2022/BXD có tác động trực tiếp đến hoạt động của các doanh nghiệp xây dựng.</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Trên cơ sở các ý kiến tại buổi tọa đàm, Hiệp hội sẽ tổng hợp các ý kiến đóng góp và có đề xuất, kiến nghị đến cơ quan chủ trì sửa đổi, bổ sung QCVN 06:2022/BXD, qua đó góp phần tháo gỡ khó khăn, vướng mắc cho các nhà thầu xây dựng giai đoạn hiện nay</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Thay mặt đơn vị chủ trì soạn thảo, ông Cao Duy Khôi – Phó Viện trưởng Viện Khoa học công nghệ xây dựng đã trình bày một số nội dung chủ yếu của Dự thảo sửa đổi QCVN 06:2022/BXD.</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Tại Tọa đàm, ông Phạm Tiến Chiến, đại diện Công ty CP Cơ điện Vinaconex chia sẻ về những khó khăn, vướng mắc trong thực hiện hạng mục PCCC ở một số công trình, dự án, điển hình là những vướng mắc liên quan đến yếu tố R (tính chịu lực), E (tính toàn vẹn), I (tính chịu nhiệt) của vật liệu xây dựng được sử dụng.</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Theo Ông Chiến, với những vị trí PCCC được thiết kế để ngăn khói, quy định tại QCVN 06:2022/BXD, nên có sự cân nhắc đối với một số vị trí chỉ cần đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn E (đảm bảo về tính toàn vẹn và ngăn khói). Việc yêu cầu đáp ứng thêm tiêu chuẩn I (tính chịu nhiệt) sẽ gây khó khăn cho doanh nghiệp trong việc tìm kiếm được loại vật liệu phù hợp.</p> <p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Ông Vũ Xuân Thắng, Phó Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Cơ khí xây dựng (COMA) hiện là nhà đầu tư đã thực hiện và vận hành, sử dụng công trình cao 16 – 17 tầng (diện tích sàn hơn 500 m2) Công trình đã áp dụng đầy đủ theo các quy chuẩn về PCC trước đó.
