Previously, she was the Director at the Institute for Teaching through Technology and Innovative Practices (ITTIP) at Longwood University. She collaborated closely with 25 rural school divisions in the Southside Virginia Regional Technology Consortium until her retirement. Following her retirement, she established a consulting firm dedicated to providing professional learning experiences for STEM and computer science teachers.
