field__item"><h1>AHPで確認される生化学異常</h1> <p>尿検査、便検査での検査値異常の程度は一様ではなく、急性期と寛解期、また、病型によっても異なります。 <span class="br">下図では、急性肝性ポルフィリン症（acute hepatic porphyria：AHP）の4病型のうち、急性間欠性ポルフィリン症（AIP）、異型ポルフィリン症（VP）、遺伝性コプロポルフィリン症（HCP）の3病型でみられる生化学異常について示しています。</span> <span
