I also really like how I can easily customize and tailor this to fit the needs of my church. It is also very mobile and allows me to work wherever I maybe since all the data is hosted in the cloud.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Overall, I can't find anything big to complain about. If there's anything to pick at, it is how the company still handles customer queries via email rather than through a chat system. It does a lot of things that small churches will definitely appreciate. With this tool, I only need to look in a single location to monitor budgets, contributions, accounting, and members. If I need to come up with reports, I can also use this tool to do that. I also like how it allows me to work even if I am on the move. Since the information is saved on the cloud, I can work wherever I may be.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> One problem that I encountered was that it was really difficult making the transition from the PC-based version of this software to the cloud-based one. The customer support team tried to help me out with this, but in the end, I basically had to do it on my own.
