withdrawal form Mosul city.</p> <p>Our Aswat al-Iraq correspondent reported that the festival was attended by senior governmental officials.</p> <p>In a press conference, Governor Atheel Nujaifi said that the province is entering a new era of cooperation between the executive power and the military.</p> <p>According to the agreement between Baghdad and Washington in 2008, the U.S. <br/>forces are scheduled to leave Iraq by the end of this year.</p> <p>Mosul, the center of Ninewa province, lies 405 km northeast of the capital, Baghdad.</p> </blockquote> <p><a <p>اعلنت وزارات الدفاع والداخلية والصحة عن مقتل مئة وسبعة وسبعين شخصا بينهم مئة واثنان من المدنيين واصابة مئتين وستة وستين اخرين بينهم مئة وخمسة من المدنيين، جراء اعمال عنف وقعت في مناطق متفرقة من البلاد خلال شهر ايار المنصرم . المصادر العراقية اشارت ايضا الى مقتل ثلاثين عسكريا وخمسة واربعين شرطيا. وتعتبر هذه الحصيلة الشهرية الادنى خلال العام الحالي وتمثل في الوقت نفسه انخفاضا بنحو ستة عشر بالمئة مقارنة بحصيلة ضحايا شهر نيسان الذي قتل خلاله مئتان واحد عشر عراقيا. الحصيلة اشارت ايضا الى مقتل اثنين وثلاثين ارهابيا واعتقال مئة وخمسة وخمسين خلال شهر ايار. </p> </p></div> <p><strong>ازدياد عمليات الاغتيال المستهدفة مختاري الاحياء السكنية في بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>كشف مسؤول حكومي في بعقوبة مركز محافظة محافظة ديالى اليوم عن ازدياد حالات اغتيال المختارين داخل مركز المدينة خلال الفترة الأخيرة .</p> <p>وأوضح مصدرمسؤول إن خمسة مختارين قتلوا خلال الفترة الأخيرة داخل في بعقوبة على يد مسلحين مجهولين بواسطة الأسلحة الكاتمة للصوت والعبوات اللاصقة.وأضاف المصدر إن 12 مختارا اضطروا إلى ترك مهام عملهم بعد تلقيهم تهديدات بالتصفية الجسدية.</p> <p><strong>المالكي يشكل لجنة خاصة لإجراء مشاورات سرية للتمديد للأمريكان </strong></p> <p>كشفت مصادر مطلعة من داخل المكتب الخاص لرئيس وزراء حكومه المنطقة الخضراء نوري المالكي، عن تشكيل المالكي لجنة سرية بإشرافه المباشر بغية إكمال المشاورات السرية مع الجانب الامريكي بما يتعلق بالإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية والتمديد للقوات الأمريكية بعد نهاية العام الحالي. وقالت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الإشارة اليها بالأسم، ان لجنة سرية شكلت بإشراف المالكي شخصيا وبمشاركة مستشاره القانوني فاضل محمد جواد وفريق من وزارة الخارجية بعلم من وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري لإكمال بنود الإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية . واشارت المصادر ان واشنطن تريد توقيع بروتوكل مع الحكومة بصورة مباشرة تتضمن بنودها اعطاء حق للامريكيين بفتح عدد كبير من القنصليات في محافظات العراق وتوزيع ماتبقى من الجيش الامريكي على هذه القنصليات بحجة حمايتها. الى ذلك أكدت غالبية الكتل النيابية ضرورة أن تكون جلسة البرلمان المتعلقة بمناقشة الوجود الاميركي علنية وان تبحث القضية بعيدا عن الاستعراضات والتوترات. وكان التيار الصدري قد اعلن انه بصددِ رفع دعوى قضائية ضد الحكام والمسؤولين العرب الذين ساهموا في احتلال العراق. وجاءت الدعوى بعد ان كشف مركزُ الدراسات المستقبلية التابع لمجلس الوزراء المصرى عن معلومات تفيد بتورط مسؤولين مصرين من النظام السابق فى غزو العراق، مشيرا الى لقاءٍ ضَم جمال مبارك وجورج بوش في واشنطن قبل ثلاثة اشهر من الغزو وقال التقرير اِنه تضمن تزويدَ الامريكان بمعلومات تحث الجانب الامريكي على غزو العراق بينما أكد مصدر في التحالف الوطني ان التقاربَ بين رئيس الوزراء وزعيم القائمة العراقية يهدف الى تكوين جماعةِ ضغط نيابي لتمديد بقاء الجيش الامريكي. وأضاف المصدر اِن الغرضَ من وراء احياء المفاوضات بين العراقية ودولة القانون هو تكوينُ لوبيِ داخل البرلمان يضمُ الكتلتين فضلا عن التحالف الكردستاني لدعم المالكي في حال قررَ التمديد لبقاء القوات الامريكية. واشار المصدر الى ان التصريحات الحادة التي ادلى بها علاوي مؤخرا ضد ائتلاف المالكي تهدفُ الى الضغط على رئيس الوزراء من اجل تنفيذ مطالب العراقية كشرط للانضمام الى هذا المشروع . واوضح المصدر اَن العراقيةَ لديها سيناريو من المطالب يتضمن استبدال بعض المؤسسات باخرى جديدة يتولى قيادتها بعض الشخصيات التي تدعمها كذلك الغاءُ هيئة المساءلة والعدالة واعادة الجيش السابق الذي يضم ضباطا موالين لرموز القائمة. </p> <p><strong>مصادر: أزدهار العراق، وان استمرار الاستهداف المباشر لهم زاد من هجرتهم لخارج العراق. <br/>ووصف وليم وردا رئيس المنظمة الأرقام التي تم إحصاءها خلال العام الماضي بالمخيفة كونها كانت أسوء مما سُجل في الاعوام الأسبق، نظراً لاستهداف المسحيين بكافة مسمياتهم، وفي كافة أرجاء البلاد خاصة بغداد والموصل. <br/>واضاف انه وخلال عام واحد تعرض 92 مسيحي للاغتيال وأصيب 280 آخرين، بالإضافة لتفجير كنيستين في بغداد واختطاف فتاتين في بغداد والموصل، فضلاً عن تلقي عشرات رسائل التهديد بالتصفية. <br/>واكد وردا ان هذه الاحداث أجبرت اكثر من 1800 عائلة مسيحية على النزوح لمناطق مختلفة من سهل نينوى وتوقف اكثر من 1700 طالب عن الدراسة 2010 was the worst for the people of the Christian community in Irak, and that in response to the continuation of the direct targeting of them they increased their migration out of Irak. </p> <p>Last year was worse than previous years due to the increased targeting of Christians of all denominations in all parts of the country but especially in Baghdad and Mosul.</p> <p>During the year 92 Christians were murdered and another 280 wounded. Additionally there was the bombing of two churches in Baghdad and the kidnapping of two girl chlidren one in Baghdad and one in Mosul. dir="rtl" align="right">في ظاهرة لم تشهدها نينوى سابقا أصبح الانتحار وسيلة شبابها اليائس من الحياة بسبب عدم تمكنه من الحصول على فرص العمل التي توفر له العيش الكريم له ولعائلته. فحسب شرطة محافظة نينوى ارتفع عدد ضحايا حوادث الانتحار لشباب المحافظة خلال الأشهر الأربعة الماضية ليصل الى 12 منتحرا. وقال مصدر امني ان (12) مواطنا من ابناء نينوى اقبلوا على الانتحار بإرادتهم خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأخيرة، ولأول مرة تشهد المحافظة حوادث انتحار متتالية وبزيادة ملحوظة وأضاف ان جميع الأشخاص الذين اقبلوا على الانتحار وفارقوا الحياة هم من الشباب ولقضايا اعلن عنها ذووهم بأنها تعود الى عدم الاستقرار النفسي نتيجة مشكلة البطالة المنتشرة بالبلد عامة ومحافظة نينوى خاصة وسوء الأوضاع الأمنية التي حطمت اوضاعهم النفسية وجعلت الشباب يلتزم منازلهم على مدار الساعة وأضاف ان الفتى انتحر بشنق نفسه بواسطة حبل معلق في غرفته بالطابق الثاني بمنزل والده مبينا ان الشرطة فتحت تحقيقا بالموضوع لمعرفة ملابسات الانتحار الذي كان في ظروف غامضة حتى الآن من دون ذكر المزيد من التفاصيل.</p> </div> </div> <hr/> <div class="post الجاري، تشمل المواجهة العسكرية والسياسية والمدنية، إلا أنه نفى وقوف أي جهة خارجية وراء التصعيد الذي يعتزم التيار الصدري تبنيه ضد القوات الأميركية. <br/>وقال الحسناوي في تصريح صحفي "إن جيش المهدي بدأ استعداداته وتدريباته في إطار المواجهة المحتملة مع القوات الأميركية التي ستبقى في العراق بعد نهاية العام الحالي". <br/>ولفت الحسناوي إلى أن قادة التيار الصدري قد وضعوا خطة شاملة للتحرك ضد بقاء القوات الأميركية تنطوي على العديد من المحاور، منها ما هو عسكري مسلح، ومنها ما يتعلق بتنظيم الاعتصامات المدنية والتحركات السياسية. <br/>ونفى الحسناوي أن يكون جيش المهدي قد تلقى دعما من جهات خارجية، مبينا إن السلاح موجود في العراق، وإن الدعم الذي يتلقاه التيار هو من الشعب العراقي، على حد قوله. <br/>يشار إلى أن الاتفاقية الأمنية التي وقعها الجانبان العراقي والأميركي تنهي الوجود العسكري الأميركي في العراق عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><b>الصدر يأمر أنصاره بعدم ارتداء الزي العسكري أو حمل السلاح خلال الاستعراض</b></p> <p>أمر زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر،اليوم الأحد، أنصاره بعدم ارتداء الزي العسكري وحمل السلاح خلال الاستعراض الذي سيقيموه خلال الشهر الحالي، مؤكدا " أن هذا الاستعراض مدني سلمي ولا دخل للسلاح والزي العسكري فيه إطلاقا". <br/>وقال الصدر في بيان صدر عن مكتبه في النجف الاشرف" أنا قلت أن الاستعراض مدني سلمي ولا دخل للسلاح والزي العسكري فيه إطلاقا"، مبينا " أن من يحمل السلاح أو يلبس الزي العسكري خلال إقامة التدريب أو الاستعراض فهو ليس مني بل هو خائن لي ولحوزته وساعتبره مدسوسا يريد التخريب وزعزعة الثقة بنا"، بحسب ما جاء البيان. <br/>ودعا الصدر" انصاره إلى الالتزام بالسلمية والمدنية وعدم مضايقة الناس والاهالي، فهي الصفات التي يجب أن يتحلى بها هذا الاستعراض". <br/>وكان زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر، دعا في الـ27 من نيسان الماضي، أنصاره إلى استعراض إسلامي في 23 من أيار الحالي، الذي سيتم تنظيمه في العاصمة بغداد.</p> <p><b>اعتقال رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس الأنبار جنوب شرق الفلوجة</b></p> <p>اعتقلت قوة أمنية من،اليوم الأحد، رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان في مجلس محافظة الانبار جنوب شرق الفلوجة. <br/>وقال رئيس مجلس محافظة الانبار جاسم الحلبوسي في تصريح صحفي اليوم" إن قوة من الجيش العراقي داهمت، فجر اليوم، منزل رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان في مجلس المحافظة فيصل العيساوي في منطقة العامرية، جنوب شرق الفلوجة، واعتقلت العيساوي من دون معرفة الأسباب". <br/>وأضاف الحلبوسي" أن القوة
