<p>主要用作锅炉水冷壁、过热器、再热器、省煤器、集箱和蒸汽导管等以及石化、核能用的热交换器管等。要求材料有高的蠕变极限，持久强度及持久塑性，良好的抗氧化性和耐蚀性，足够的组织稳定性及良好的可焊性和冷热加工性能。设计使用寿命达20万h。中国主要的牌号有12CrMo、15CrMo、12Cr2Mo、12CrlMoVG高压合金管、12Cr2MoWVTiB，依次用于480～620℃范围内，热处理一般采用正火、回火处理。</p> <p><strong>【2】高压容器板用钢。</strong></p> <p>石油化工、煤的气化、核电及电站中大量使用低合金的耐热钢板制作压力容器。中国主要牌号有<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/15CrMoG%E9%AB%98%E5%8E%8B%E5%90%88%E9%87%91%E7%AE%A1/9927947"><u>15CrMoG高压合金管</u></a>(1．25Cr-O.5Mo)、12Cr2Mo(2．25Cr一1Mo)及12Cr1MoV等，如<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%83%AD%E5%A3%81%E5%8A%A0%E6%B0%A2%E5%8F%8D%E5%BA%94%E5%99%A8/2532224"><u>热壁加氢反应器</u></a>多采用2．25Cr一1Mo)钢板(25～150mm)制成，由于设备长期在高温高压及抗氢条件下工作，同时考虑防止475℃脆化问题，要求材料具有高的纯净度，硫、磷希望≤0．01%及尽可能低的<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0207-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>锡</a>、锑、砷等有害元素，要求电炉冶炼加炉外精炼。</p> <p><strong>【3】紧固件用钢。</strong></p> <p>紧固件用钢是在汽轮机、锅炉及其他高压容器设备中起连接作用的关键材料，要求有足够的屈服极限，高的松弛稳定性，良好的持久塑性及小的持久缺口敏感性，相应的抗氧化性及良好的<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%88%87%E5%89%8A%E5%8A%A0%E5%B7%A5%E6%80%A7%E8%83%BD/4358528"><u>切削加工性能</u></a>。中国主要牌号有25Cr2Mo、25Cr2MoV、25Cr2Mo1V、20Cr1M01VNbTiB等，分别可用于500～570℃范围内。这些牌号一般调质后使用。</p> <p><strong>【4】转子(主轴、叶轮)用钢。</strong></p> <p>主轴、叶轮和整锻转子是汽轮机的关键部件之一，要求材料有良好的综合力学性能、断裂韧性、高的蠕变抗力及持久强度、良好的抗热疲劳性能．主轴和叶轮中国常用牌号有35CrMo、35CrMoV、27Cr2Mo1V、12Cr3MoWV等。<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%87%83%E6%B0%94%E8%BD%AE%E6%9C%BA/475568"><u>燃气轮机</u></a>转子是用20Cr3MoWV钢整锻而成的。采用调质处理。大型锻件如整锻转子和叶轮，为使碳化钒充分溶解，提高塑性和韧性，可在淬火之前进行一次正火预处理，或者采用两次正火加回火的热处理工艺。</p> <p><strong>【5】1Cr5Mo及Cr6SiMo钢。</strong></p> <p>这两个牌号是<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%8F%A0%E5%85%89%E4%BD%93%E8%80%90%E7%83%AD%E9%92%A2/10333426"><u>珠光体耐热钢</u></a>中含合金元素最高的，在石油介质中有很好的耐热性和耐蚀性，广泛用于制造石油蒸馏设备的管道及容器，加热炉管及热交换器等，也用作热冲压模、燃油泵、阀门、锅炉吊架等零部件。通常使用温度在650℃以下。由于此钢为空淬硬化钢，<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%84%8A%E7%BC%9D"><u>焊缝</u></a>硬度高，塑性差，焊后应缓冷并退火。</p> <p>2205<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>不锈钢</a>管？</p> <p><a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%8F%8C%E7%9B%B8%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A22205/669203"><u>双相不锈钢2205</u></a>标准号： ASTM A240/A240M--01 双相<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2/470646"><u>不锈钢</u></a>2205合金是由22%铬，2.5%钼及4.5%<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/nie/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>镍</a>氮合金构成的复式不锈钢。它具有高<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%BC%BA%E5%BA%A6/1659506"><u>强度</u></a>、良好的冲击韧性以及良好的整体和局部的抗应力腐蚀能力。</p> <p><a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/2205%E5%8F%8C%E7%9B%B8%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2/10851592"><u>2205双相不锈钢</u></a>的屈服强度比普通<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%A5%A5%E6%B0%8F%E4%BD%93%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2/2252458"><u>奥氏体不锈钢</u></a>高一倍多，这一特性使设计者在设计产品时减轻重量，让这种合金比316，317L更具有价格优势。这种合金特别适用于-50°F/+600°F 温度范围内。超出这一温度范围的应用，也可考虑这种合金，但是有一些限制，尤其是应用于焊接结构的时候。</p> <p>· 压力器皿、高压储藏罐、高压管道、热交换器(化学加工工业)。</p> <p>· 石油天然气管道、热交换器管件。</p> <p>· 污水处理系统。</p> <p>· 纸浆和造纸工业分类器、漂白设备、贮存处理系统。</p> <p>· Nr 1.4462</p> <p>抗腐蚀能力</p> <p>均匀腐蚀</p> <p>由于铬含量（22%），钼（3%）及氮含量（0.18%）,2205的抗腐蚀特性在大多数环境下优于316L和317L。</p> <p>局部抗腐蚀</p> <p>2205双相不锈钢中铬、钼及氮的含量使其在氧化性及酸性的溶液中, 对点腐蚀及隙腐蚀具有很强的抵抗能力。</p> <p>抗应力腐蚀</p> <p>不锈钢的双相微观结构有助于提高不锈钢的抗应力腐蚀龟裂能力。在一定的温度、应张力、氧气及氯化物存在的情况下,奥氏体不锈钢会发生氯化物应力腐蚀。由于这些条件不易控制，因此304L、316L和317L的使用在这方面受到限制。</p> <p>抗腐蚀疲劳</p> <p><a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/2205%E5%8F%8C%E7%9B%B8%E9%92%A2/5356243"><u>2205双相钢</u></a>的高强度及抗腐蚀能力使其具有很高的抗腐蚀疲劳强度。加工设备易受腐蚀环境和加载循环的影响，2205的特性非常适合这样的应用。</p> <p>2205不锈钢板，2205不锈钢，双相不锈钢2205，2205不锈钢材料，为瑞典不锈钢牌号。</p> <p>双相<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/2205%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2%E6%9D%BF/6153939"><u>2205不锈钢板</u></a>与奥氏体304不锈钢板的区别</p> <p>优点：1)屈服强度比普通奥氏体不锈钢高一倍多，且具有成型需要的</p> <p>足够的塑韧性。采用双相不锈钢制造储罐或压力容器的壁厚要比常用的奥氏体减少30-50%，有利于降低成本。</p> <p>2)具有优异的耐应力腐蚀破裂的能力，即使是含合金量最低的双相不锈钢也有比奥氏体不锈钢更高的耐应力腐蚀破裂的能力，尤其在含氯离子的环境中。应力腐蚀是普通奥氏体不锈钢难以解决的突出问题。</p> <p>3)在许多介质中应用最普遍的2205双相不锈钢的耐腐蚀性优于普通的 316L奥氏体不锈钢，而超级双相不锈钢具有极高的耐腐蚀性，再一些介质中，如醋酸，甲酸等甚至可以取代高合金奥氏体不锈钢，乃至<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E8%80%90%E8%9A%80%E5%90%88%E9%87%91/440225"><u>耐蚀合金</u></a>。</p> <p>4)具有良好的耐局部腐蚀性能，与合金含量相当的奥氏体不锈钢相比，它的耐磨损腐蚀和疲劳腐蚀性能都优于奥氏体不锈钢。</p> <p>5)比奥氏体不锈钢的<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%BA%BF%E8%86%A8%E8%83%80%E7%B3%BB%E6%95%B0/10912824"><u>线膨胀系数</u></a>低，和碳钢接近，适合与碳钢连接，具有重要的工程意义，如生产复合板或衬里等。</p> <p>6)不论在动载或静载条件下，比奥氏体不锈钢具有更高的能量吸收能力，这对结构件应付突发事故如冲撞，爆炸等，双相不锈钢优势明显，有实际应用价值。</p> <p>缺点：1)应用的普遍性与多面性不如奥氏体不锈钢，例如其使用温度必须控制在250摄氏度以下。</p> <p>2)其塑韧性较奥氏体不锈钢低，冷，热加工工艺和成型性能不如奥氏体不锈钢。</p> <p>3)存在中温脆性区，需要严格控制热处理和焊接的工艺制度，以避免有害相的出现，损害性能。</p> <p>双相2205不锈钢板与铁素体<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/410%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2/6528425"><u>410不锈钢</u></a>板的区别：</p> <p>1)综合力学性能比<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E9%93%81%E7%B4%A0%E4%BD%93%E4%B8%8D%E9%94%88%E9%92%A2/3408380"><u>铁素体不锈钢</u></a>好，尤其是塑韧性，不象铁素体不锈钢那样对脆性敏感。</p> <p>2)除耐应力腐蚀性能外，其他耐局部腐蚀性能都优于铁素体不锈钢。</p> <p>3)冷加工工艺性能和冷成型性能远优于铁素体不锈钢。</p> <p>4)焊接性能也远优于铁素体不锈钢，一般焊前不需预热，焊后不需热处理。</p> <p>5)应用范围较铁素体不锈钢宽。 与铁素体不锈钢相比，双相不锈钢的缺点如下： 合金元素含量高，价格相对高，一般铁素体不含镍。</p> <p>gcr15精密<a <p>淬火和回火后硬度高而均匀，耐磨性、抗接触疲劳强度高。热加工性好。球化退火后有良好的可加工性，但对形成白点敏感。主要用于制造内燃机、电机车、机床、拖拉机、轧钢设备、钻探机、铁道车辆以及矿山机械等传动轴上的钢球、滚子和轴套等。</p> <p>主要特性及用途</p> <p>淬火和回火后硬度高而均匀，耐磨性、抗解除疲劳强度高。热加工性好。球化退火后有良好的可加工性，但对形成白点敏感。</p> <p>可用于制造壁厚≤12mm、外径≤250mm的各种<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010215-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>轴承</a>套圈；也用于尺寸范围较宽的滚动体，如钢球、圆锥滚子、圆柱滚子、球面滚子、滚针等；还用于制造模具、精密量具以及其他要求高耐磨性、高弹性极限和高接触疲劳强度的机械零件。</p> <p>主要用于制造内燃机、电机车、机床、拖拉机、轧钢设备、钻探机、铁道车辆以及矿山机械等传动轴上的钢球、滚子和轴套等。</p> <p>GCr15该钢材的图片 (1)生产制造方法：对轴承钢的冶炼质量要求很高，需要严格控制硫、磷和非金属夹杂物的含量和分布，因为非金属夹杂物的含量和分布对轴承钢的寿命影响很大。夹杂物量愈高，寿命就越短。为了改善冶炼质量，近来已采用电炉冶炼并经电渣重熔，亦可采用真空冶炼，真空自耗精炼等新工艺来提高轴承钢的质量。 (2)用途：除做滚珠、轴承套圈等外，有时也用来制造工具，如冲模、量具。 6.化学成分
