</strong></p> <p>قالت مصادر أمنية وطبية في محافظة ديالى، مساء الخميس، بأن حصيلة التفجير الانتحاري شرق المحافظة ارتفعت الى 42 شهيدا وجريحا.وأضافت المصادر، إن "حصيلة حادث التفجير الانتحاري بحزام ناسف داخل حسينية الإمام الحسين في قضاء بلدروز في محافظة ديالى ارتفعت الى 12 قتيلاً و30 جريحاً"، مبيناً أن "الحصيلة ليست نهائية". وكان مصدر في شرطة محافظة ديالى أفاد، مساء الخميس، بأن انتحارياً يرتدي حزاماً ناسفاً فجر نفسه، مساء اليوم الخميس، وسط المصلين داخل حسينية الإمام الحسين في قضاء بلدروز، شرق بعقوبة، ما أدى إلى مقتل عشرة اشخاص وإصابة عشرين اخرين.</p> <p><b>في تواصل لمسلسل الاغتيالات الصامتة.. مقتل عميد بوزارة الدفاع وسط بغداد</b></p> <p>اغتال مسلحون مجهولون ،اليوم الخميس، ضابطا برتبة عميد في وزارة الدفاع وسط العاصمة بغداد. <br/>وقال مصدر امني "ان مسلحين مجهولين يستقلون سيارة حديثة أطلقوا النار، ظهر اليوم، من مسدسات كاتمة للصوت باتجاه سيارة ضابط برتبة عميد في وزارة الدفاع لدى مرورها في ساحة اللقاء وسط بغداد، ما أسفر عن مقتله في الحال". <br/>وطوقت القوات الامنية مكان الحادث،وفتحت تحقيقا لمعرفة ملابسات عملية الاغتيال والجهة التي تقف ورائه ".</p> <p><b>التيار الصدري يستبعد اجراء انتخابات مبكرة ويقول ان فشل المالكي يؤدي الى تنحية حكومته</b></p> <p>قال امير الكناني النائب عن كتلة الاحرار التابعة للتيار الصدري ان فشل حكومة نوري المالكي في الخروج من اختبار المائة يوم، لن يؤدي الى انتخابات مبكرة بل الى تنحيته وسحب الثقة عن وزرائه. <br/>واستبعد الكناني في تصريح صحفي امكانية اجراء انتخابات مبكرة في البلاد اذا اخفقت الحكومة في تنفيذ ما وعدت به. <br/>واوضح "من الناحية الواقعية لا يمكن ذلك، على اعتبار ان الحكومة اذا اخفقت فان البرلمان سيسحب الثقة منها". <br/>وفيما يخص خيار حل البرلمان الذي اشار اليه رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي قال النائب الكناني "لا يمكن طرح هكذا فكرة مطلقاً على اعتبار ان مجلس النواب يضم اغلب الكتل السياسية"،مضيفا "ان القصور،هو قصور اداء حكومي وليس تشريعيا".</p> الإثنين مصادمات مسلحة بين عناصر من الجيش العراقي وافراد حماية احد مقرات الحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني وسط كركوك اسفرت عن مقتل مدني واصابة جنديين وعنصري حماية بجروح. وقال مصدر في الجيش العراقي ان المصادمات وقعت في شارع اطلس وسط كركوك، من دون أن يبين الأسباب التي دفعت لوقوع هذه الإشتباكات. وأشار المصدر إلى أنه تم فرض طوق امني على المكان من قبل قوات الشرطة التي انتشرت بكثافة.</p> <p><strong>العراق وإيران يوقعان اتفاقية لتسليم المطلوبين</strong></p> <p>اعلن وزير الدولة الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة علي الدباغ ،اليوم الاثنين، " ان العراق وقع اتفاقية ثنائية مع ايران تقضي بتسليم المطلوبين "، مشيرا الى إن الاتفاقية هي شبيهة بالأتفاقيات التي وقعت مع تركيا والأردن قبل اشهر لتبادل المطلوبين. <br/>من جانبها رجحت وسائل إعلام إيرانية أن يكون الغرض من الاتفاقية، تسليم العراق لعناصر منظمة مجاهدي خلق الإيرانية المطلوبين لطهران. <br/>وذكرت وكالات أنباء إيرانية رسمية أن اتفاقا لتبادل المطلوبين وقع مساء امس في العاصمة الإيرانية طهران بين وزيرا العدل الإيراني مرتضى بختياري ونظيره الشعب الكردستاني رمزي كارتال اتهامه مع ثلاثة قياديين في حزب العمال الكردستاني من قبل الولايات المتحدة بالاتجار بالمخدرات بانه مرتبط بصفقة شراء مروحيات عسكرية اميركية. <br/>واوضح كارتال لوكالة كردستان سقوط قتلى وجرحى في درعا</b></p> <p>افادت وكالة "رويترز" نقلا عن مسؤولين اردنيين، ان سورية أغلقت حدودها مع الاردن اليوم الاثنين، بعد نشر وحدات من قوات الامن في مدينة درعا الجنوبية. <br/>واكد دبلوماسي بارز في عمان "اغلاق المعبرين الرئيسيين السوريين في درعا ونصيب على الجانب السوري، وذلك على ما يبدو في اطار اجراء عملية امنية كبيرة في درعا." <br/>هذا ونقلت وكالات الأنباء عن شهود عيان تأكيدهم دخول قوات منفذ الوليد الحدودي العراقي مع سوريا ،اليوم الاثنين، أن 72 أسرة عراقية عادت إلى البلاد قادمة من سوريا خلال 48 ساعة الماضية نتيجة الأوضاع التي تشهدها المدن السورية. <br/>وقال المصدر" إن 72 أسرة عراقية دخلت العراق خلال الـ48 ساعة الماضية عن طريق منفذ الوليد الحدودي، قادمين من مدن حمص ودرعا وريف دمشق واللاذقية السورية"، مبينا " أن الأسر العائدة أبلغت السلطات العراقية أنها اضطرت لمغادرة سوريا خوفا على كبار السن والمرضى بين تلك الأسر ".</p> <p><strong>وصول طائرة جثامين العراقيين في حادث العمرة في سوريا </strong></p> <p>وصلت صباح اليوم الى مطار البصرة طائرة عراقية وعلى متنها عدد من الجثامين والجرحى الذي اصيبوا في حادث سيارة العمرة في سوريا. <br/>وقال مصدر في المطار للوكالة الاخبارية للانباء: وصلت صباح اليوم الاثنين الطائرة العراقية القادمة من سوريا وعلى متنها 29جثمانا و20مصابا جميعهم من ابناء البصرة. <br/>واضاف المصدر, ان اهالي القتلى والجرحى وعدد من المسؤولين كانوا في استقبال ذويهم الذين قضوا وجرحوا في الحادث، مبينا ان الجرحى تم نقلهم الى عدد من مستشفيات البصرة لتلقي العلاج. <br/>يذكر ان الضحايا كانوا في طريقهم الى اداء العمرة عن طريق البر عبر الاراضي السورية وتعرضوا لحادث تصادم مع احدى الشاحنات في الطريق البري ، مما اسفر عن انقلاب السيارة في احد الوديان من ارتفاع 15م ،عن مستوى كتلة الاحرار التابعة للتيار الصدري ان عودة زعيم التيارمقتدى الصدر الى النجف لاعلاقة لها بموضوع قضية تمديد بقاء القوات الامريكية في البلاد. <br/>وقال القيادي الذي فضل عدم ذكر اسمه (للوكالة الاخبارية للانباء) امس ان الصدر طالب علم ومتفرغ للدراسة وعودته لاتعني انه قادم لغرض التحقق من مسالة بقاء القوات الاجنبية. <br/>يذكر ان زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر عاد الى النجف أمس قادماً من قم، وكانت تقارير مظلومية على المسيحيين بسبب عدم وجود توازن بين الحجم السكاني والتمثيل البرلماني </strong></p> <p>اكد النائب المسيحي ورئيس قائمة الرافدين البرلمانية يونادم كنا ان هناك مظلومية على المسيحيين لانه لايوجد توازن بين الحجم السكاني والتمثيل البرلماني. واكد كنا في تصريح صحفي " نحن لا ننعزل كدين أو كقومية ولكن نحن عراقيون وسنبقى, وهناك كثافة سكانية بما يعادل نصف مليون نسمة. مبينا" ان المسيحيين لايريدون الانعزال وهذه الفكرة سوقت خطاء بسبب التسويف ,لا طابع ديني أو قومي لطرح وهذا الكلام .مشيرا" سيكون هذا صحيح لو كانت الفكرة دينية أو قومية وهذا مرفوض لأنه بالأساس يتقاطع مع الدستور . موضحا" ان العراق يعيش صراعات ذات طابع يحمل عناوين فرعية وليس وطنية وهذه مشكلة العراق ألأساسية.متسائلا" هل مايجمعنا الوطن وهو عنواننا الرئيسي أم هناك عناوين فرعية وهذا شيء خطير ولا يخدم الوحدة الوطنية وعليه تتراكم المحاصصة الطائفية والحزبية أدت إلى تغييب غالبية الشعب، ودفعت بشخصيات فاسدة وضعيفة إلى مكان صنع القرار في بعض مفاصل الدولة. <br/>وقال النجيفي خلال مؤتمر منظمات المجتمع المدني الذي عقد في بغداد اليوم الاثنين" إن حقوق الإنسان تبقى مدونات إلى أن يسعى الفرد في المجتمع إلى تحصيلها، أما الشعب الذي ينتظر أن تهب الحكومات له حقوق الإنسان على طبق من ذهب، فلن ينالها، وإن قدر أن ينالها فسينال قشورها". <br/>وأضاف النجيفي" أن توفير بيئة حقوق الإنسان يضعنا أمام تحد خطير، وهي كيفية إيجاد هذه البيئة في ظل دوامات بعض مسارات العملية السياسية، كالمحاصصة الطائفية التي أدت إلى تغييب غالبية الشعب لصالح النوايا الحزبية والطائفية، التي دفعت بشخصيات فاسدة وضعيفة إلى مراكز صنع القرار والإدارة في بعض مفاصل الدولة".</p> <p><b>اسامة النجيفي :بقاء القوات الاجنبية في العراق معروض على الحكومة وكلمة الفصل لمجلس النواب</b></p> <p>اعلن رئيس مجلس النواب اسامة النجيفي ان المزاج الشعبي في العراق لايريد بقاء قوات اجنبية في البلاد، مشيرا الى ان القرار الذي يجب ان يتخذ من قادة البلد والسياسيين هو الاصلح والاصوب قانونيا . <br/>واضاف خلال استقباله السفير الياباني في العراق سوسوموها سيغاوا ان الامر معروض الان على الحكومة وهي صاحبة الكلمة الاولى في تقدير حاجة العراق الى وجود قوات اجنبية من عدمه وستكون الكلمة الاخيرة والحاسمة في مجلس النواب لاقرار ذلك او رفضه. <br/>النجيفي بين "ان وجود خلافات سياسية تضر بالشراكة التي تشكلت الحكومة بموجبها وفق اتفاق سياسي معلن" لافتاً الى "وجود محاولات لاستكمال بنود هذا الاتفاق من خلال مفاوضات جارية حاليا ". <br/>وقال "اننا امام اختبار حقيقي في ممارسة الحريات وتقديم الخدمات للشعب ولو بنسب معقولة". <br/>واعرب النجيفي عن تعاطف الشعب العراقي مع الشعب الياباني في الكارثة التي اصابته جراء الاعصار والتلوث الاشعاعي الذي حصل، متمنيا ان لايكون ذلك عامل قلق للشعب الياباني .</p> <h5>الحائري يحّرم تمديد بقاء القوات الأمريكية في العراق </h5> <p>حرم المرجع الديني كاظم الحائري المقيم في إيران، الاحد ، تمديد بقاء القوات الأمريكية في العراق بعد انتهاء المدة المقررة في الاتفاقية الأمنية نهاية عام 2011، مؤكد أنه ليس من حق الحكومة العراقية والبرلمان أن يمددوا فترة بقاء هذه القوات. <br/>وقال بيان صدر عن مكتب الحائري في النجف إن المرجع يحرم تمديد بقاء المحتلين في العراق، بعد انتهاء المدة المقررة في الاتفاقية الأمنية، مضيفا أنه لا يحق للحكومة العراقية ومجلس النواب أن المرجع الديني الشيخ محمد اليعقوبي العراقيين الى أن يكونوا واعين ولا يسمحوا للانتهازيين بمصادرة جهودهم وتضحياتهم، ورفع شعارات غير ما خرج المتظاهرون من أجله، وأن يعرفوا قيادتهم بالخير والصلاح و لا يسيروا خلف مجهولين لا تُعرف أجنداتهم ولا الجهات التي يعملون لحسابها ويريدون توجيه الشعب عبر مواقع الفيسبوك واليوتيوب والتويتر. <br/>ونقلت الوكالة الاخبارية للانباء عن بيان لمكتب اليعقوبي قوله أن هذه اليقظة وهذه المطالبات جاءت متأخرة وبعد فوات الفرصة. <br/>وأكد اليعقوبي أن هؤلاء السياسيين لا ضمير لهم قد أعماهم حب الدنيا، ولا يتحركون إلاّ عندما تُحرق الأرض تحت أقدامهم وتُهدّد مصالحهم، لكن الشعب لم الاقتصادية</font></h3> <p><strong>أعتصام سائقي باصات خط المدينة القديمة في النجف الأشرف </strong></p> <p>أضرب سائقو باصات الخط المستحدث من مرآب الداخل إلى المدينة القديمة احتجاجا على رفع هيئة النقل والمواصلات أجور النقل من 500 إلى 1000 دينار.وذكرت مصادر خاصة في المحافظة، ان سائقي الباصات شكلوا تجمعات تطالب المواطنين بالتضامن معهم للتظاهر احتجاجا على رفع الاجور. يذكر أن الإضراب أدى إلى حدوث مشاكل في نقل المواطنين وتأخر الموظفين عن الوصول الى عملهم في منطقة المدينة القديمة وبالعكس. واكد سائقو الباصات ان رفع الاجور يؤدي الى قلة ارتياد الباصات من قبل المواطنين، ما يؤدي الى انخفاض الاجور اليومية <p>انفجرت عبوة لاصقة بحافلة صغيرة نوع كيا في تقاطع القدس في ديالى مما ادى الى استشهاد السائق في الحال وجرح </p> <p>العشرات .وبين المصدر " ان الانفجار ادى الى استشهاد سائق"الكيا" بالاضافة الى جرح عشرات المواطنين الابرياء واضرار مادية كبيرة . ولم يذكر المصدر اي تفاصيل اخرى.</p> <p><strong>استشهاد ضابط في الجيش الحكومي بمنطقة السيدية </strong></p> <p>استشهد صباح اليوم ضابط في الجيش الحكومية باسلحة كاتمة للصوت في منطقة السيدية جنوب غرب العاصمة بغداد.وذكر</p> <p>مصدر امني " ان مسلحين مجهولين يستقلون سيارة رباعية الدفع اطلقوا النار من مسدساتهم الكاتمة للصوت على ضابط في الجيش العراقي حال وصوله المنطقة المذكورة ما تسبب باستشهاده على الفور في حين لاذ المجرمون الى جهة غير معلومة.واشار الى ان القوات الامنية سارعت الى فرض طوق امني حول مكان الحادث بعد ان قامت بنقل الجثة الى دائرة الطب العدلي.</p> <p><strong>نجاة مسؤول العمليات المشتركة في الحويجة من محاولة اغتيال </strong></p> <p>نجا مسؤول غرفة العمليات المشتركة في قضاء الحويجة العقيد غازي احمد من محاولة اغتيال بعبوة ناسفة بحسب قول مصدر في قوات شرطة كركوك. واضاف المصدر اليوم الاثنين أن عبوة ناسفة انفجرت على سيارة العقيد غازي احمد عند خروجه من مقر قيادات العمليات المشتركة في قضاء الحويجة مشيرا الى ان العقيد إصيب بجروح طفيفة.</p> <p><strong>انفجار عبوة ناسفة شمال بغداد </strong></p> <p>أفاد مصدر أمني الاثنين بأن جنديين عراقيين أصيبا بانفجار عبوة ناسفة شمال بغداد.وقال المصدر إن عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة على جانب الطريق بمنطقة الأعظيمة شمال بغداد، </p> <p>انفجرت في ساعة متقدمة من ليل أمس على دورية للجيش الحكومي مما أسفر عن إصابة اثنين من عناصرها نقلا على أثرها إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج.</p> <p><strong>العثور على جثة شاب مصابة بإطلاقات في ديالى </strong></p> <p>أفاد مصدر أمني بأن قوة أمنية عثرت على جثة تعود لشاب وهي مصابة باعيرة نارية في منطقة الرأس عند ضفاف نهر في شمال بعقوبة.وقال المصدر إن قوة امنية عثرت على جثة شاب ,</p> <p>في العقد الثاني من عمره يدعى احمد شلال وهي مصابة باعيرة نارية في الرأس وملقاة على ضفاف نهرخريسان 3كم شمال بعقوبة واضاف المصدر أن الاجهزة الامنية نقلت الجثة الى وحدة الطبابة العدلية في مستشفى بعقوبة العام.</p> <p><strong>إصابة شرطيين في انفجار قرب كنيسة في الكرادة </strong></p> <p>أصيب شرطيان ومدنيان بجروح لدى انفجار عبوة ناسفة زرعت على الطريق قرب مدخل كنيسة كاثوليكية في بغداد يوم </p> <p>مس الأحد حيث يحتفل المسيحيون بعيد القيامة.وأوضح مصدر امني" أن الانفجار استهدف عربة للشرطة كانت توفر الحماية لكنيسة القلب المقدس في حي الكرادة وسط العاصمة.هذا وأصيب العميد الركن في وزارة الدفاع عبد الغني محمد بجروح بالغة عندما انفجرت عبوة مثبتة في سيارته في منطقة العامرية غرب بغداد.</p> <p><strong>شرطيات ديالى يعملن من دون رواتب ولا مخصصات حكومية لهن </strong></p> <p>تعاني النساء العراقيات العاملات في شرطة محافظة ديالى من غبن وعدم أنصافهن من قبل الحكومة، فهن يعملن في وحدات الشرطة بشكل رسمي ولكن من دون رواتب لعدة أشهر.وقالت مصادر من الشرطة النسائية في المحافظة أن الوحدة النسائية شكلت بعد تنامي العمليات الإرهابية التي كانت تنفذها نساء تابعات لتنظيم القاعدة في المحافظة من خلال عمليات أنتحارية، حيث تم تسجيل أكثر من 32 عملية أنتحارية وقعت بالمحافظة في ذلك الوقت نفذت بواسطة نساء، تمكن من عبور السيطرات الأمنية وتفجير أنفسهن داخل أهداف معينة أسفر عنها عشرات الشهداء. وتابعت المصادر أنه وعلى اثر تلك العمليات تشكل فصيل "بنات العراق" المكون من 250 شرطية ويتسلمن مبلغاً يتراوح بين 250 و330 دولار شهريا، كانت تدفع لهن من قبل القوات الأمريكية، وقام هذا الفصيل بدوره على أكمل وجه، فلم يحصل خرق أمني من قبل أي عنصر نسوي، ولهذا أشادت الحكومة العراقية بدورهن وقالت بصراحة "إن وحدة الشرطة النسائية في ديالى ساهمت بنصيب كبير في إحباط هجمات انتحارية كانت ستنفذها نساء". وتابعت المصادر أنه في مقابل هذه التضحية والجهد والعطاء والإشادة الحكومية بدور أولئك النسوة العراقيات، التي يعملن ضمن مسمى "بنات Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeifi, in a reception of the Chairman of the Christian Chaldian Sect in Mosul, Rev. Emil Shamoun Nona, on Thursday has reiterated “necessity to support Iraqi Christians,” according to a Media Spokesman of his office.</p> <p>The spokesman told Aswat al-Iraq news agency that Nujeify and his accompanying delegation had conferred early on Thursday with Rev. Shamoun, during which he said that “the people of Iraq supports their Christian Brothren,” adding that “his visit has taken place to express support and solidarity with the Christians.”</p> <p>“The Iraqi people are determined to fight terrorism and they are keen to fight extremism,” Nujeifi stressed, saying: “We shall not allow any attempt to undermine the cohesion of the Iraqi people, and Christians are a basic component of our people, and their sufferings are similar to the sufferings of all Iraqi people.”</p> <p>Noteworthy is that a group of armed men had broken through Baghdad’s “My Lady of Salvation” Church on 31/10/2010, took dozens of worshippers hostage, before a counter attack by the Iraqi security forces, that caused the killing of 58 persons, among them 5 of the attackers, 7 security men, whilst the others have been hostages..The attack had wounded 75 persons, among them 15 Army and police men. Al-Qaeda Organization had announced responsibility for the attack, threatening Iraqi Christians with other attacks.</p> <p>The attack was followed by several terrorists raids against areas inhabited by Iraqi Christians, including Baghdad and Ninewa, killing and wounding a number of Christians, that was followed with the immigration of Christians to Iraqi Kurdistan’s Arbil and Sulaimaniya Provinces, where Kurdistan President, Massoud Barzani, expressed his Region’s readiness to receive and protect them.</p> <p>Rev. Nona, on his part, told Nujeifi and his accompanying delegation: “Your visit represents a strong support for Iraqi Christians and reflects the Iraqi people’s cohesion,” adding: “we are following the steps, taken by the Parliament and the government, which we see as encouraging for stability and helping to achieve decent life for us, especially after your reception of the Parliament, which became strong after your chairmanship.”</p> <p>Parliament Speaker Nujeifi is leading a 35-member delegation, comprising the Ministers of Education, Transport and Agriculture, along with several other officials and Legislatures, who held an administrative, economic and service conference in Ninewa, to boost means of communication between the provinces and the Central Government in Baghdad.</p> شرطة نينوى اليوم الجمعة ان 23 موقوفا بتهمة الارهاب فروا من سجن الغزلاني جنوبي الموصل في وقت مبكر من صباح اليوم. <br/>واوضح المصدر ان 23 سجينا فروا في ساعة مبكرة صباح اليوم (الجمعة) من سجن الغزلاني بكاتم الصوت التي طالت أشخاص ومسؤولين في الدولة خلال الأسابيع الماضية، مع تأكيد قيادة العمليات انه تمّ العثور معهما على كمية من المسدسات الكاتمة للصوت. امنيا ايضا، أعلن الجيش الامريكي أن قوات أمريكية وعراقية قتلت أو اعتقلت ستة أشخاص على الاقل يشتبه أنهم زعماء في تنظيم القاعدة، وأفاد الجيش في بيان في وقت متأخر من مساء الخميس بأن المتشددين المشتبه بهم قتلوا أو اعتقلوا في عمليات أمنية في الفترة بين الثامن عشر والرابع والعشرين من شهر آذار الماضي بمدينة الموصل، ولفت الجيش الاميركي أيضا إلى أن المشتبه بهم اتهموا بالعمل مع شبكة للابتزاز والاغتيال ساعدت على تمويل القاعدة في المنطقة المحيطة بالمدينة. لن تؤيد إعادة ترشيح جلال طالباني لولاية ثانية إلا إذا أعيد الموظفون الذين فصلوا من وظائفهم الحكومية بسبب تأييدهم لحركة التغيير. <br/>وقال حاجي ان حركة التغيير تعتقد أن من حق الكرد تولي أحد المناصب السيادية في العراق، لأن الكرد أحد المكونات الأساسية في البلد، والحركة لا تؤيد حرمان جلال طالباني من منصب رئاسة الجمهورية أو رئاسة البرلمان أو رئاسة مجلس الوزراء بسبب كونه كرديا. <br/>وأشار القيادي في لولاية جديدة، أما في حال عدم الرجوع عن قرارات الفصل فان الحركة لن تؤيد ترشيح طالباني.</p> <p><strong>انتشار عصابات تزوير وترويج عملات اجنبية غير متداوله في البصرة</strong></p> <p>دعا رئيس اللجنة الامنية في مجلس محافظة البصرة علي غانم المالكي المواطنين الى توخي الحذر عند التعامل بالنقود الاجنبية غير شائعة التداول عقب رصد عصابات تروج عملات مزيفة غير معروفة ومتدنية القيمة. <br/>واضاف المالكي في تصريح صحفي أن قوات الشرطة ألقت القبض مؤخراً على شخص بتهمة النصب والاحتيال، امتهن الترويج لعملات أجنبية لا قيمة لها في الأسواق بالقرب من الفنادق الكبيرة في البصرة. <br/>مشيرا الى انه تم ضبط فئات نقدية أجنبية منها عملات تركية وبرازيلية قسمٌ منها كان مطبوعاً داخل العراق، ومبيناً أن أحد المواطنين أفاد بشرائه ورقة نقدية تركية بمائتي ألف دينار عراقي من شخص لا يعرفه واكتشف لاحقاً أنها مزورة ولا تساوي
