<p><font color="#800000"><strong>الاخبار السياسية</strong></font></p> <p><b>التيار الصدري يرفض اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين بغداد وواشنطن</b></p> <p>اعلن القيادي في كتلة الاحرار المنضوية ضمن التحالف الوطني بهاء الاعرجي ان كتلته ترفض مشروع قانون تصديق اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين بغداد وواشنطن الذي تم إدراجه في جدول أعمال جلسة البرلمان اليوم السبت. <br/>وقال الأعرجي خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده اليوم في مبنى البرلمان ببغداد "إن التيار الصدري يرفض مشروع قانون تصديق اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين حكومة جمهورية العراق والولايات المتحدة الأميركية". <br/>ولفت الأعرجي إلى "أن الاتفاقية تتضمن نصا واضحا وصريحا بشأن الدعاوى المرفوعة ضد العراق، يشمل الدعاوى المقامة منذ العام 1991 إضافة إلى دعاوى أخرى في حال المصادقة على الاتفاقية، ما يجعل أموال العراق غير محمية". <br/>واوضح الأعرجي "أن مجلس النواب لا يملك الحق في شطب وإلغاء الفقرات إنما في القبول أو الرفض".</p> <p><b>زيباري يقول ان شيعة البحرين هم عراقيو الهوى ويؤكد ضرورة انعقاد قمة بغداد في موعدها المحدد</b></p> <p>اكد وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري ،اليوم السبت، ان العراق متمسك بعقد القمة العربية المقررة في بغداد بموعدها المحدد،مشيراً الى ان شيعة البحرين هم عراقيو الهوى ويتبعون مرجعية النجف. <br/>وقال زيباري في مقابلة تلفزيونية "إن المعارضة في البحرين هم من ابناء البحرين وليسوا من ايران"،مبينا "ان وزارة الخارجية قامت باجراء اتصالات مع الجانب البحريني في حينها وأوضحت لهم الأمور، في محاولة لاحتواء هذا الموضوع". <br/>وبشان حقيقة دعم العراق للمعارضة في البحرين اشار زيباري الى "انه لا يمكن للعراق الجديد ان يدعم المعارضة ضد اي نظام"،موضحا "اننا منفتحون على عالمنا العربي كله كأولوية في سياستنا الخارجية وطالبنا بعودة العراق إلى محيطه العربي". <br/>واكد زيباري "تمسك العراق بعقد القمة العربية في بغداد بموعدها المحدد، ورفضه الدعوات التي اشارت إلى الغائها او تجميدها، بدعوى ما تشهده الحالة العربية من ثورات في عدد من البلدان".</p> <p><b>النائب صباح الساعدي يكشف عن مساع خلف الكواليس لتمديد البقاء الامريكي في العراق</b></p> <p>كشف النائب المستقل صباح الساعدي، اليوم السبت، عن جهود تبذل خلف الكواليس لتمديد بقاء القوات الأميركية في العراق، معلنا جمع تواقيع نواب من مختلف الكتل السياسية لتحديد نائب واحد لرئيس الجمهورية. <br/>وقال الساعدي خلال مؤتمر صحفي "إن هناك عملاً يجري في الخفاء لتمديد بقاء الجيش الأميركي في البلاد"، مطالباً الكتل السياسية بـ"موقف واضح وعلني تجاه هذا الموضوع". <br/>وأضاف الساعدي "أن اتفاقات سرية تعقد في غالبية القضايا التي تجري على الساحة السياسية"، مؤكداً "أنها مرفوضة رفضا قاطعا".</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">الاخبار الامنية </font></span></strong></p> <p><strong>انفجار عبوة ناسفة جنوب بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>اصيب شخصان احدهما شرطي حكومي بجروح مختلفة جراء انفجار عبوة ناسفة جنوب مدينة بعقوبة مركز محافظة ديالى واكد مصدر امني ان العبوة الناسفة التي انفجرت بالقرب من محل لبيع الهواتف النقالة,</p> <p>في منطقة التحرير جنوب بعقوبة اسفرت عن اصابة مدني واحد عناصر الشرطة بجروح مختلفة نقلا على اثرها الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج اللازم.</p> <p><strong>تدمير آلية تابعة لقوات الاحتلال في الفلوجة </strong></p> <p>تعرضت دورية تابعة للاحتلال الأمريكي اليوم السبت لانفجار عبوة ناسفة ما أدى الى تدميرها وإصابة من كان فيها في مدينة الفلوجة كبرى مدن الانبار.</p> <p>حسبما ذكرت الأنباء الصحفية الواردة من هناك . ولم يبين المصدر أي تفاصيل اخرى بشان الحادث.</p> <p><strong>إصابة جنديين حكوميين وشخصين بانفجار عبوة ناسفة شرق الموصل </strong></p> <p>أصيب جنديان حكوميان وشخصان من المارة بانفجار عبوة ناسفة اليوم  قرب مسجد شرق الموصل مركز محافظة نينوى.</p> <p>وأفاد مصدر مطلع إن جنديين عراقيين واثنين من المصلين اصيبا بانفجار عبوة ناسفة قرب  أحد الجوامع في حي المثنى شرق الموصل.وأضاف المصدر إن سيارة الإسعاف نقلت المصابين إلى المستشفى القريب فيما طوقت قوة أمنية مكان الحادث .</p> <p><strong>اصابة شخص بانفجار في محافظة التاميم </strong></p> <p>اصيب احد الاشخاص بجروح بليغة اليوم السبت  اثر تعرضه لانفجار عبوة ناسفة في محافظة التاميم.واكدت المصادر ان عبوة من النوع اللاصق كانت مثبتة باحدى السيارات انفجرت ما ادى الى اصابة احد الاشخاص بجروح</p> <p>خطيرة بالاضافة الى تضرر السيارة ومكان الحادث وسط مدينة كركوك مركز محافظة التاميم.واضافت الوكالات ان المصاب نقل الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج اللازم بعد ان طوقت قوة امنية مكان الحادث ومنعت الاقتراب منه.</p> <p><strong>أستشهاد ثلاثة مدنيين وإصابة ستة آخرين بأنفجار عبوة ناسفة في مدينة الثورة </strong></p> <p>أستشهد ثلاثة مدنيين وأصيب ستة أشخاص آخرين في انفجار عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة على جانب الطريق العام في مدينة الثورة في العاصمة العراقية بغداد. وقال مصدر أمني مطلع "ان عبوة ناسفه أنفجرت مساء يوم امس الجمعة في منطقة الثورة قطاع 68 في بغداد". وأضاف المصدر "ان العبوة كانت مزروعة في حاوية للنفايات وأسفرت  أستشهاد ثلاثة مدنيين وإصابة ستة آخرين". وأشار المصدر الأمني إلى أنه حدث أنفجار أول في الحاوية نتج عنها عدد من الإصابات وعند تجمع المواطنين في مكان الحادث أنفجرت العبوة الثانية وهو ما أدى لوقوع شهداء وتزايد أعداد الجرحى. واوضح المصدر ان قوة حكومية شنت حملة دهم وتفتيش في مدينة الثورة اعتقلت خلالها اثنين من االمشتبه بتورطهم بعملية التفجير. </p> <p><strong>العثور على جثة شاب شمال الكوت</strong> </p> <p>واسط-افاد مصدر في مشرحة الطب العدلي بواسط ان المشرحة تسلمت جثة شاب عثر عليه مرميا بالعراء شمال الكوت وعليها اثار طلقات نارية. واوضح المصدر ان مشرحة الطب العدلي في مستشفى الزهراء ,</p> <p>بالكوت تسلمت جثة شاب عثر عليه من قبل مفارز الشرطة الحكومية مرميا بالعراء في ناحية الدبوني (75 كم) شمال مدينة الكوت واضاف ان الجثة بانت عليها اثار ثلاث اطلاقات نارية في منطقة الرأس والصدر ولم يذكر المصدر المزيد من التفاصيل.</p> <p><strong>اغتيال أحد أفراد شرطة بغداد بسلاح كاتم للصوت </strong></p> <p>أستشهد  احد عناصر الشرطة الحكومية اليوم السبت ، عندما اطلق النار عليه مجهولين في العاصمة بغداد . وقال المصدر " ان مسلحين مجهولين اطلقوا النار من مسدسات كاتمة </p> <p>للصوت على احد افراد الشرطة في احدى مناطق جنوب بغداد ما ادى الى استشهاده في الحال ".واشارات الانباء الى " ان قوة امنية طوقت مكان الحادث ونقلت جثة ألشهيد الى دائرة الطب العدلي .</p> <p><b>نجاة مدير مكافحة الارهاب في الكاظمية من محاولة اغتيال غربي بغداد</b></p> <p>نجا مدير مكتب مكافحة الارهاب في مدينة الكاظمية من محاولة اغتيال بتفجير عبوة ناسفة استهدفت موكبه غربي بغداد اليوم السبت. <br/>واوضح مصدر امني "ان عبوة ناسفة استهدف ،اليوم، موكب مدير مكتب مكافحة الارهاب في الكاظمية لدى مروره في منطقة الوشاش غربي بغداد ، من دون ان يصاب بأذى". <br/>المصدر اشار الى "ان جنديا ومدنيا اصيبا بجروح اثر انفجار العبوة الناسفة".</p> <p><strong>استشهاد جندي بنيران قنّاص شمال بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>افاد مصدر أمني إن جندياً استشهد وأصيب اخر بجروح بنيران قناص شمالي مدينة بعقوبة مركز المحافظة. وأوضح المصدر أن قنّاصا أطلق النار على برج للمراقبة في الطريق الرابط بين محافظتي ديالى وكركوك ,</p> <p>في ناحية العظيم التابعة لقضاء الخالص ما أسفر عن استشهاد جندي من الفرقة الخامسة في الجيش الحكومي وإصابة آخر بجروح وأضاف المصدر أن قوة امنية نقلت الجثة الى دائرة الطب العدلي.</p> <p><strong>وفاة احد المعتقلين الأبرياء في الرمادي </strong></p> <p>توفي احد معتقلي السجون الحكومية بعد تعرضه للتعذيب الشديد من قبل الحراس المسؤولين عن السجن الذين زعموا بأنه مات بعد ان أقدم على شنق نفسه داخل زنزانته في مدينة الرمادي مركز محافظة الانبار.</p> <p>وقال مصدر حكومي إن احد السجناء أقدم على شنق نفسه في زنزانته في سجن التسفيرات dir="rtl" align="right"> <p dir="rtl" align="right">اعلنت قيادة عمليات بغداد منع حركة سير الدراجات الهوائية والنارية في جميع مناطق العاصمة بغداد اعتبارا من اليوم الاربعاء وحتى اشعار اخر مع حجز المخالفين. <br/>وياتي قرار المنع بالتزامن مع بدأ ملايين الزوار السير صوب مدينة الكاظمية المقدسة قادمين من مناطق شتى في بغداد والمحافظات استعدادا لاحياء ذكرى استشهاد الامـــام موسى الكاظــم (ع). <br/>وشهدت أغلب الشوارع الرئيسة في بغداد, لاسيما التي يسلكها الزائرون, اجراءات أمنية مشددة, فيما انتشرت قوات من الجيش والشرطة في الطرقات التي شهدت أيضا نصب الخيم والسرادق لخدمة الزائرين المتوجهين الى مدينة الكاظمية سيرا على الاقدام لاحياء هذه المناسبة التي توافق غدا الخميس الخامس والعشرين من شهر رجب. <br/>من جهته اعلن مصدر في وزارة النقل ان الوزارة ستسير حافلاتها والقطارات لنقل زوار العتبات المقدسة من مدينة الكاظمية الى مناطقهم. <br/>وقال المصدر ان الوزارة تحرص على الاسهام بتأمين وسائط نقل مريحة وسريعة للزوار بعد اتمام مراسم تلك الزيارة في هذه المناسبة الدينية الكبيرة. <br/>من جانب اخر أصدر مجلس محافظة بغداد قراراً اعتبر فيه يوم غد الخميس عطلة رسمية في كل دوائر الدولة في محافظة بغداد لافساح المجال أمام المواطنين لأداء زيارة الامام موسى الكاظم (ع).  <br/>وأعلن المجلس نشر مئة كاميرا مراقبة في مختلف مناطق المحافظة "للمساعدة في مراقبة أية تحركات مشبوهة لكون المجموعات الارهابية تستغل الزيارات لتنفيذ هجماتها الاجرامية".  <br/>وكانت أجهزة الأمن والخدمات في بغداد قد بدأت منذ مطلع هذا الأسبوع استعداداتها لحماية زوار الامام موسى الكاظم علية السلام والوافدين لاحياء ذكرى استشهاده التي توافق غدا الخميس.  <br/>يذكر أن مكتب القائد العام للقوات المسلحة رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي أكد عدم وجود حظر لتجوال المركبات خلال إحياء هذه الذكرى. <br/>وكان قد استشهد ثلاثة اشخاص واصيب 27 آخرون بجروح مساء امس الثلاثاء في عدة انفجارات ضربت مناطق مختلفة من بغداد استهدفت زوارا متوجهين الى مرقد الامام موسى الكاظم عليه السلام سيرا على الاقدام. <br/>وقال مصدر امني إن ثلاث قذائف هاون سقطت مساء امس الثلاثاء في منطقة الشعلة شمال غربي بغداد، وادت الى استشهاد مدني واصابة تسعة بجروح مختلفة، مبينا ان الضحايا من الزوار المتوجهين الى مرقد الامام الكاظم في منطقة الكاظمية المجاورة. <br/>واضاف ان خمسة زوار آخرين اصيبوا بجروح، اصابة اثنين منهم خطيرة، في انفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفهم في منطقة الفضيلية جنوب شرقي بغداد. وتابع انه تم نقل المصابين الخمسة الى المستشفى للعلاج، في حين اصيب ثلاثة اخرون في انفجار استهدفهم في ساحة قحطان غربي بغداد. <br/>واشار المصدر الى ان عبوة ناسفة زرعت على جانب الطريق في منطقة الدورة جنوبي بغداد، استهدفت مواكب الزائرين وادت الى اصابة ثلاثة منهم بجروح، في ما اصيب اثنان اخران في انفجار عبوة ناسفة في منطقة البياع جنوب غربي بغداد. <br/>وكان الاف الزوار قد بدأوا منذ يومين التوجه مشيا على الاقدام الى منطقة الكاظمية شمالي بغداد، لاحياء ذكرى استشهاد الامام موسى الكاظم عليه السلام ، والتي توافق يوم الخميس المقبل. <br/>وفي جنوب شرقي بغداد، قال مصدر في الشرطة إن عبوة ناسفة استهدفت doing enough to protect civilians.</p> <p>Two days after a series of coordinated bombings struck Shia mosques in Baghdad, Shehab Ahmed Menati was sitting by his father’s hospital bed waving a traditional palm fan to keep the flies and heat away. </p> <p>“We were at home when we received a phone call from a relative who had gone to Friday prayers with my father. My mother picked up the phone and started screaming,” the younger Menati, a Sadr City resident, said. </p> <p>At least 72 people were killed in the strikes and hundreds, including Menati’s 42-year-old father Ahmed, were wounded on April 23. The blasts targeted mosques, homes and an area adjacent to the headquarters of the powerful Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. </p> <p> <a title="20100423_baghdad_bombing_sadr_city_caption_IWPR_02 by Gorillas Guides, on Flickr" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130124130438/http://www.flickr.com/photos/27086036@N02/4567878608/" class="external" target="_blank"><img height="388" alt="20100423_baghdad_bombing_sadr_city_caption_IWPR_02" src="https://web.archive.org/web/20130124130438im_/http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4063/4567878608_0293277f1a_o.jpg" width="575"/></a> <p style="clear: both">The targeting of Shia holy sites just four days after the confirmed deaths of two top al-Qaeda leaders prompted the authorities to quickly blame the extremist group for the deadliest day of violence in Iraq so far this year. </p> <p>Many in the sprawling Shia slum of Sadr City, however, are holding the government to account for failing to protect them once again. In the days since the attacks, residents and religious leaders have come forward to accuse the authorities of engaging in political infighting rather than providing security for its citizens. </p> <p>“The key reason for this attack is the security forces are not doing their job properly to maintain security in this city. We have had enough of this. We can see that security for us is just a dream, and we don’t expect much from the next government. The government that starts with conflicts and disputes can’t be expected to do much for its people,” said the elder Menati, referring to the political gridlock that has hindered the formation of a new government since last month’s national elections. </p> <p>Another victim of the blasts, Abbas Swadi Najim, 34, said he thought he would be safe inside a mosque, only to be proved wrong by the deadly explosions that brought the building crumbling around him while he knelt on his prayer mat. </p> <p>“We have lived through many black days such as this one. Where is the government? What are the security forces doing? We have learned all their excuses by heart. Everyone here lives in fear and the future is bleak,” Najim, owner of a home supplies store, said. </p> <p>Security officials have defended their performance, although some have said they anticipate more attacks aimed at stirring problems between Iraq’s Shia and Sunni communities. </p> <p>“We had ordered all security divisions in Baghdad to give high priority to holy places and mosques because we have noted that Shia mosques were targeted in the last attacks. The goal of the attacks is clear: stoking sectarian tension in Baghdad and in all Iraq,” Qasim Atta, spokesman of Baghdad Operation Command, said. </p> <p>“The strikes last Friday in Baghdad were car bombs and suicide bombers wearing explosive belts. The bombs were detonated outside the security circle used to protect mosques during Friday prayers. This means that bombs were not security breaches because they did not cross the circles guarded by Iraqi security forces.” </p> <p>Atta says the atrocities were an act of vengeance from al-Qaeda, although some community leaders have disagreed, saying such a complicated, synchronised series of attacks would take much longer to plan. </p> <p>“These were revenge for the heavy blows we directed towards al-Qaeda and the killing of two of their leaders. We expected such attacks because al-Qaeda will not give up easily in Iraq. It will struggle to prove its presence, even though its power is almost finished,” Atta said. </p> <p>“We expect more attacks from al-Qaeda’s sleeping terror cells.” </p> <p>The apprehension of future violence is palpable on the streets, said Sheikh Sabah al-Sudani, imam of the al-Sadiq mosque in the Shuala neighbourhood. </p> <p>“The situation is very critical and people are very scared of more sectarian violence. The joy of security and stability was short-lived, and now the citizens are confused,” Sudani said. “On the day of the explosions, we tried our best to convince people not to be driven by revenge and malicious plans that could drag the country back into war. But for how long can we convince them?” </p> <p>In response to the attacks, Sadr called on his followers to defend themselves and their local mosques. Some analysts saw this as a rare offer of assistance to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki’s security forces, while others feared the return of Sadr’s once-powerful Mehdi militia, which has been largely dormant since defeat at the hands of a joint United States-Iraqi offensive in 2008. </p> <p>“These explosions were meant to force Sadr into battle. But the situation now is different from how things were in 2006 or at other times. Today, the [Sadrists] have a wise leadership and won’t be driven into such reckless action,” said Fatah al-Sheikh, a newly-elected deputy from the Iraqiya coalition who is close to Sadr. </p> <p>Whether or not the Sadr faction takes a role in defending the Shia community and its mosques, some of the group’s leaders place the blame for the attacks squarely on the government. </p> <p>“This is the government’s problem. The government is unable to maintain security. The enemies of the Iraqi people seized their chance due to the tense atmosphere on the street and government’s failure. The continuous disputes between political parties will only bring more problems,” said Salman al-Furaiji, head of the Sadr office in Baghdad’s Shia-dominated Risafa district. </p> <p>Atta said that the government is required to protect all citizens and is forbidden to favour one group’s security over another’s. </p> <p>“The accusations against security forces are angry reactions made by some people and we understand them. We would like everyone to know that we as security forces have had a lot of casualties and deaths from bombs as well. Our fate is the same, and for this reason we must all cooperate to get rid of terrorism,” Atta said. </p> </p> <p><a align="right">شددت قيادة عمليات بغداد من الاجراءات الامنية حول السفارات والممثليات الدبلوماسية ببغداد في اعقاب التفجيرات التي حاولت استهدافها الاحد الماضي، فيما كثفت من اجراءتها الامنية بعد تفجيرات اليوم. <br/>وقال الناطق الرسمي بأسم قيادة عمليات بغداد اللواء قاسم عطا اليوم الثلاثاء إن حماية السفارات في بغداد هي من مهام مديرية في وزارة الداخلية، وهناك تنسيق على مستوى عال بين قيادة عمليات بغداد وبين حماية السفارات، مشيرا الى عدم وجود إصابات بين موظفي الهيئات الدبلوماسية في السفارات التي تعرضت لاعتداءات. <br/>وفي سياق متصل، قال عطا أن عمليات الانقاذ ما زالت مستمرة عقب الانفجارات التي استهدفت المستوى صحة تسجيل فيديو تم تداوله على الانترنت ويظهر الجنود الأميركيين وهم يطلقون النار على بضعة رجال، معظمهم غير مسلحين، في أحد شوارع العاصمة العراقية. <br/>وقال المسؤول ان تاريخ التسجيل يعود للثاني عشر من تموز عام 2007، ووقع الحادث في منطقة بغداد الجديدة بشرق العاصمة. <br/>ومن بين الذين قتلوا في هذا الحادث مصور وكالة رويترز للأنباء نمير نور الدين وسائقه، كما أصيب طفلان. <br/>وقال المسؤول الذي الوزراء نوري المالكي الى الكتلة الصدرية اليوم الاثنين، مبينا ان الزيارة ربما تكون ردا على دعوة كان وجهها التيار الى المالكي لزيارتهم مؤخرا. <br/>واوضح الأديب ان زيارات متبادلة تمت خلال هذه الايام بين الكتلة الصدرية ورئيس الوزراء، لكني لم أطلع على تفاصيل الزيارة الاخيرة سوى انها رد لزيارة وفد صدري لرئيس الوزراء ودعوتهم له خلالها لزيارتهم ايضا. <br/>واضاف أن المفهوم العام للزيارات في هذه الأجواء هو <p><b>مصرع ايرانية واصابة خمسة زائرين في هجوم مسلح ببغداد</b></p> <p>اعلنت قيادة عمليات بغداد ان امرأة ايرانية لقت مصرعها واصيب خمسة اخرون بعد تعرض حافلتين تقلان زواراً إيرانيين الى اطلاق نار في المنطقة المحصورة بين حي العدل والشعلة ببغداد صباح اليوم الاربعاء. <br/>وقال بيان للقيادة ان "الحادث الإرهابي اسفر عن إستشهاد سائق إحدى الحافلتين، وهو عراقي الجنسية، وإمرأة إيرانية وإصابة خمسة زوار إيرانيين بجروح، نقلوا على إثرها إلى المستشفيات القريبة". <br/>واشار البيان الى ان "القوات الأمنية طوقت على الفور المنطقة بحثا عن الجناة"، دون انذكر المزيد من التفاصيل.</p> <p><strong><span 27/1/2010 أحداثا أمنية عديدة راح ضحيتها عدد من الشهداء والجرحى، كما شهدت عدة عمليات عسكرية شنتها القوات الأمنية العراقية مستهدفة أوكار الإرهابيين والخارجين عن القانون ومخازن الاعتدة والذخائر والعبوات الناسفة في مناطق متفرقة، فيما يلي أبرز الأحداث ونبدأها من بغداد انفجرت ظهر اليوم عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة على جانب الطريق مستهدفة دورية للشرطة العراقية في منطقة عرب جبور في الدورة جنوب العاصمة بغداد.وذكر مصدر ان الانفجار اسفر عن جرح شرطيان وإلحاق أضرار مادية بعجلة الدورية. من جهة اخرى تمكنت قوة من الجيش العراقي مساء اليوم من ابطال مفعول عبوة ناسفة في منطقة حي السلام بناحية اللطيفية جنوب العاصمة بغداد.وذكر مصدر ان العبوة كانت موضوعة امام احد الدور في تلك المنطقة. مضيفا ان احد المواطنين ابلغ القوات الامنية بوجود تلك العبوة في الحي المذكور.مشيرا الى ان فريق من الفرقة الهندسية تمكن من تفكيك العبوة وابطال مفعولها دون حدوث اي خسائر تذكر. من جانب اخر القى الجيش العراقي مساء اليوم القبض على 11 مشتبه بهم في منطقة عرب جبور في جنوب بغداد.وذكر مصدر امني ان عملية القاء القبض جاءت على خلفية انفجار عبوة ناسفة على دورية للشرطة العراقية في المنطقة المذكورة عصر اليوم والتي اسفرت عن جرح اثنين من افراد الشرطة فضلا عن اضرار جسيمة في العجلة.وفي الانبار حررت القوات الامنية التابعة الى شرطة الرمادي ظهر اليوم مدني مختطف اختطف قبل يومين في منطقة السجارية التابعة لمدينة الرمادي مركز محافظة الانبار .وذكر مصدرامني ان معلومات استخباراتية افادت بوجود المختطف في المنطقة المذكورة سارعت على اثرها dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>بغداد/ قتل 78 شخصاً وأصيب نحو 327 آخرون بجروح أمس، في موجة من التفجيرات الدموية هزت مدينة الموصل المضطربة والعاصمة بغداد، أبرزها هجوم بشاحنتين مفخختين دمر 35 منزلاً وألحق أضراراً بجميع منازل قرية الخزنة وشبهه الجرحى بيوم القيامة نظراً لضخامته. <br/>وأفادت مصادر أمنية أن شاحنتين ملغومتين انفجرتا في قرية الخزنة شرق الموصل، ما أدى إلى مقتل 40 شخصاً وإصابة 200 آخرين وتدمير 35 منزلاً في تلك البلدة التي تسكنها طائفة الشبك، التي تتكلم لغة الشبكية الخاصة وهي خليط من لغات تركية فارسية وعربية وكردية وتنتشر في عدد من قرى الموصل ومحافظة نينوى. <br/>إلى ذلك، شهدت بغداد 8 انفجارات بعبوات ناسفة وسيارات مفخخة في أنحاء متفرقة من المدينة راح ضحيتها 38 قتيلاً و127 جريحاً، حيث أدى انفجار سيارة مفخخة مركونة في تجمع لعمال البناء في حي العامل جنوب غرب العاصمة إلى مصرع 18 شخصا وإصابة 46 آخرين بجروح. <br/>كما أسفر انفجار سيارة مفخخة ثانية في تجمع لعمال البناء بمنطقة الشرطة الرابعة جنوب العاصمة أيضاً عن مصرع 11 شخصا وجرح 38 آخرين. <br/>وفي منطقة السيدية، قتل 3 أشخاص وأصيب 14 بينهم أربع نساء في انفجار عبوة ناسفة، كما أصيبت 4 نساء أخريات في انفجار عبوة مماثلة بجانب الطريق في منطقة الكرادة وسط بغداد. <br/>وقتل شخص واحد وأصيب 9 آخرون بجروح في انفجار عبوة ناسفة قرب ساحة ميسلون شرق بغداد، كما أصيب 5 مدنيين بجروح في انفجار عبوة ناسفة في منطقة الحرية شمال غرب بغداد، بينما أصيب 4 أشخاص بانفجار عبوتين ناسفتين بالتتابع في حي راغبة خاتون بالاعظمية شمال العاصمة. <br/>كما أدى انفجار عبوة ناسفة لاصقة بحافلة لنقل الركاب بمنطقة اجكوك بين مدينتي الكاظمية والشعلة شمال بغداد إلى مقتل شخصين وإصابة 7 آخرين بجروح، فيما قتل طفلان شقيقان بانفجار عبوة ناسفة في قرية الحمرة شمال تكريت، وأقدم مسلحون على قتل أحد أفراد الشرطة أثناء عودته إلى منزله في منطقة الركزية شرق مدينة الموصل. <br/>في سياق متصل، اتهم محافظ بغداد صلاح عبد الرزاق، أطرافاً مشاركة بالعملية السياسية وداخل البرلمان بالوقوف وراء موجة التفجيرات بالسيارات المفخخة سعياً للإطاحة برئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي الذي يعد التحسن الأمني أحد أهم إنجازاته. <br/>وقال عبد الرزاق إن أطرافاً سياسية تعمل وفق أجندات خارجية تريد زعزعة الوضع الأمني في هذا التوقيت بالذات قبل إجراء الانتخابات البرلمانية، مضيفاً لدينا معلومات عن تنسيق بين البعثيين وبين هذه الأطراف بهدف إرباك الوضع الأمني في البلاد. <br/>وكشف أن الحكومة العراقية ستتحرك لتفعيل مذكرات الاعتقال بحق بعض السياسيين المتورطين في أعمال العنف واعتقال أي شخصية سياسية يثبت تورطها بهذه الأعمال.</p> <p><a
