Many Decision Making techniques have\r\nalready been proposed by researchers for supplier-s appraisal.\r\nHowever, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is assumed to be the\r\nmost structured technique to attain near-best solution of the problem.\r\nThis paper focuses at implementation of AHP in the procurement\r\nprocesses. It also suggests that on what factors a Public Sector\r\nEnterprises must focus while dealing with their suppliers and what\r\nshould the suppliers do to synchronize their activities with the\r\nstrategic objectives of Organization.
