/> </div><div>　　<strong>03.技术内容</strong><br /> </div><div>　　<strong>技术原理</strong><br /> </div><div>　　合成氨液氮洗尾气经催化氧化转化后获得的高温惰性气体可用于造气磨煤过程煤粉干燥气，为避免催化剂</a>快速烧结和实现设备管道常规化(直接催化氧化温度可达 900℃)，需转移部分反应后热量及控氧氧化避免过度氧化。为精确调温和实现煤粉干燥指标要求，催化剂需具有低温高活性和在CH4、CO积炭动力学活跃区域具有强抗积碳能力。基于此，研制了液氮洗尾气分段催化氧化专用催化剂，开发了液氮洗尾气控氧催化氧化耦合反应后热的惰性气体用于煤粉干燥气资源化利用新工艺(如图1和图2所示)，液氮洗尾气催化氧化后热的惰性气体可替代合成气补充氮气燃烧产生的热惰性气体，大量节约了合成气。<br /> </div><div>　　主要工艺参数：含化学能尾气热值500kJ/m3～1800kJ/m3，反应温度400℃～650℃，催化剂耐短时热冲击温度750℃，装置低限运行温度大于250℃。<br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">  <img isqrcode="1" target="_blank">贵金属</a>络合分散、原位炭化固定烧结稳定贵金属系列技术，突破了含化学能低热值气体催化氧化所需的贵金属催化剂制备技术瓶颈。<br /> </div><div>　　(2)首创了液氮洗尾气分段催化氧化及资源化利用新工艺，开辟了将控氧催化氧化后热的惰性气体用于磨煤阶段煤粉干燥利用的新途径。<br /> </div><div>　　<strong>04.污染治理或环境修复效果</strong><br /> </div><div>　　尾气中CO、H2和CH4等组分均可被催化净化为H2O和CO2，转化效率接近100%。排气出口CO浓度<120mg/m3，H2浓度<2mg/m3。以30000m3/h尾气净化为例，年减排液氮洗尾气2.4亿m3，年减排CO2约1.2万t。<br /> </div><div>　　<strong>05.技术示范情况</strong><br /> </div><div>　　该技术已在云南天安化工有限公司、云南大为制氨有限公司示范应用。2018年在云南天安化工有限公司建立了全球首套全气量液氮洗尾气催化净化及资源化利用工业装置，规模30000m3/h。设备已稳定运行超过5年，关键指标及各性能参数均满足设计要求，废气净化及资源化效率近100%，排气出口CO浓度<120mg/m3，H2未检出。分段氧化催化剂可循环回收使用，系统集成度高，无废水和固体废物产生。<br /> </div><div>　　<strong>06.投资估算</strong><br /> </div><div>　　以30000m3/h尾气净化工程</a>为例，工程投资2380.5万元。其中固定资产1481.5万元，其他(无形资产、催化剂、试验费用等)899万元。<br /> </div><div>　　<strong>07.投资回收期</strong><br
