The Registrar is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining electronic versions of the <a href="/LawsOfDE/DelawareConstitution">Delaware Constitution</a>, <a href="http://delcode.delaware.gov/">Delaware Code</a>, the<a href="http://delcode.delaware.gov/sessionlaws/"> Laws of Delaware</a>, the <a href="http://regulations.delaware.gov/AdminCode/">Administrative Code</a>, and <a href="http://charters.delaware.gov/">Delaware’s Town Charters</a>. The Registrar ensures its electronic documents comply with the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act, which Delaware adopted in 2014.
