disulfide listed in the above table is a substance manufactured as a component of catalytic mixtures used by the petro-chemical industry and it requires REACH registration.  It is <strong>not</strong> the molybdenum disulfide (EINECS 215-172-4/CAS 1309-56-4 & EINECS 215-263-9/CAS 1317-33-5) that is the naturally-occurring, non-chemically modified ore and concentrate produced by the mining industry that is <strong>exempt</strong> from REACH-registration, as per <a href="assets/files/CLP/Commission Revision of Annexes IV&V, Final Oct 08.pdf" target="_blank">Annex V</a> of the REACH Regulation href="https://echa.europa.eu/regulations/reach/understanding-reach" target="_blank">Understanding REACH</a></li> </ul> <p>Co-registrants (joint-submissioners) that need to REACH-register the above substances can now go-ahead and submit to ECHA their joint-submission dossier.   If you are a SIEF-member that is not a member of the Molybdenum Consortium, you will need to:</p> <ul> <li> Purchase a Letter of Access (LoA) to the technical dossier from the Molybdenum Consortium (MoCon).  For all details of what this means, how to do it and what you will receive, see: <a
