The ratcatcher is Mr. Xian, who grabbed the rat after he saw a crowd gathered around it. </p> <blockquote><p><em>He told local Chinese newspapers that he thought the rat might be a valuable specimen, or a rare species, and had to muster up his courage before grabbing its tail and picking it up by the scruff of its neck.</p> <p>“I did it, I caught a rat the size of a cat!” he shouted out afterwards, according to the reports. Mr Xian is believed to still be in possession of the animal, after stuffing into a bag and departing the scene.</em></p></blockquote> <p>The rat had a 12-inch tail and teeth and inch long! Forestry officials who saw pictures think it’s a Chinese bamboo rat, which rarely grow over ten inches long, but cannot be sure until they examine the rat itself. <a <p>At Warrington Bank Quay Station in the UK there are designated places for travelers to kiss, and not to kiss.  Taxi drivers complained about kissing couples taking too long in the drop-off zone, so Colin Daniels, the chief executive of the Warrington Chamber of Commerce suggested putting up No Kissing signs to prevent traffic congestion.</p> <p>So now if you want to kiss, you have to go over to first case of someone using the Internet while asleep.  A 44-year-old woman had gone to bed about 10 p.m., then got up a few hours later, logged on to her computer with her username and password, and composed three e-mails to friends inviting them over for drinks. I wanted one. I still want one. Thanks to the folks at LG, now we can all have one. LG’s G910 Touch Watch phone, available later this year, is a mere 13.9mm thick and features a full touch-screen interface, video calling capabilities and an MP3 player. There are a lot of firsts for this little device - it’s the first of its kind and the first to be supported by a major mobile phone carrier. Last week, doctors at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit “Tweeted” an operation to remove a tumor from a kidney. </p> <blockquote><p><em>Dr. Craig Rogers, the lead surgeon in the Henry Ford surgery, said the impetus for his Twittering was to let people know that a tumor can be removed without taking the entire kidney.</p> <p>“We’re trying to use this as a way to get the word out,” Rogers said.</p> <p>Observers say Twittering about a procedure is a natural outgrowth of the social networking media revolution.</p> <p>“Doing this removes a real communication barrier.
