Jerusalem;</span><br /><span class="indent">he gathers the outcasts of Israel.</span><br /> <span class="reftext"><a href="http://biblehub.com/psalms/147-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span><span class="ln-group">He heals the brokenhearted</span><br /><span class="indent">and binds up their wounds.</span><br /> <span class="reftext"><a
