He has been a research professor in Information Technology and Electronics and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the State University of Colorado.</p> <p>David joins Universitas 21 as Chair as we continue to build and strengthen engagement across our network of 30 institutions world-wide. The recent addition of our newest member, the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, highlights how we look to further improve our capabilities and harness our collective expertise and resources to address the complex, global challenges facing our societies today. With a presence in 16 cities and more than 60,000 university-level students, Tec is among the top five universities in Latin America and in the global top 200, according to QS and THE.
