His passions for giving something of yourself and taking a bold step, while always giving your best, are the principles he uses to guide his decisions and lead his team. No matter the job, John has always been committed to mentoring and cultivating strong collaborative teams. He firmly believes that it is only through diverse perspectives that we can achieve success and continually improve upon our own leadership. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. John and his wife, Renee, live in Leesburg, Virginia.
