Điều này có nghĩa là phạm vi bảo vệ của luật chống phân biệt đối xử sẽ đi theo người lao động, với điều kiện là người lao động đó là công dân Mỹ đang làm việc cho công ty Mỹ.</p> <h2>Xác Định Ai Được Bảo Vệ</h2> <p>Những người không được chủ lao động thuê làm việc, chẳng hạn các nhà thầu độc lập, sẽ không thuộc phạm vi bảo vệ của luật chống phân biệt đối xử.
