support the Valuation Office map finder tool. However, a comprehensive online Ordnance Survey map sheet finding facility has now been developed by the National Library of Scotland (NLS). </p> <p>By following the instructions given in <a href="/web/20220817161311/https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/help-with-your-research/research-guides/valuation-office-survey-land-value-ownership-1910-1915/">our research guide</a> (section 4), the NLS facility enables you to identify online an Ordnance Survey map sheet number for subsequent lookup in The National Archives’ online catalogue, Discovery.
