The research method used qualitative<br \/>\r\nmethod to confirm the phenomenology interest with top management<br \/>\r\nposition which women are regarding their career path by using<br \/>\r\npurposive sampling method. The results showed that human<br \/>\r\nresources management has positive relate with the corporate<br \/>\r\nentrepreneurship are including the recruitment process, training<br \/>\r\nworker, professional career development and reward system impact<br \/>\r\nto entrepreneur&rsquo;s knowledge and innovation of corporate<br \/>\r\nentrepreneurship in respectively to bring a very reliable way. Then,<br \/>\r\nthe key informant suggested that women&rsquo;s career experiences<br \/>\r\npredisposed them to find an alternative route for entrepreneurship,<br \/>\r\ndespite having achieved top management. The understanding factors<br \/>\r\nthat successfully contribute to the development of women<br \/>\r\nentrepreneurs from career development perspective are critical<br \/>\r\nendeavour for any type of organization as well.<\/p>\r\n","references":"[1] S.
