In particular:</p> <ul> <li><p><strong><a href="/oci">Open Citation Identifier Resolution Service</a>.</strong> <span class="oc-purple">Open</span><span class="oc-blue">Citations</span> provides a resolution service for <a href="https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.7127816">Open Citation Identifiers (OCIs)</a>. An OCI is a globally unique persistent identifier for bibliographic citations, created and maintained by <span class="oc-purple">Open</span><span class="oc-blue">Citations</span>. The resolution service enables one to specify an OCI and returns information about that citation.</p></li> <li><p><strong><a href="/intrepid">In-Text Reference Pointer Identifier Resolution Service</a>.</strong> <span class="oc-purple">Open</span><span class="oc-blue">Citations</span> provides a resolution service for <a href="https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.11674032.v1">In-Text Reference Pointer Identifiers (InTRePID)</a>. An InTRePID is a globally unique persistent identifier for in-text reference pointers, created and maintained by <span class="oc-purple">Open</span><span class="oc-blue">Citations</span>. The resolution service enables one to specify an InTRePID and returns information about that specific citation.</p></li> </ul> <h3>Software</h3> <p><span class="oc-purple">Open</span><span class="oc-blue">Citations</span> created several software applications and libraries used to create all the data stored in the various databases.
