Therefore, creating a EUR-Lex account does not give you access to more information, but rather gives you access to more advanced functionalities. By clicking on your profile in the top right corner of the page, you can access your saved and recent searches, your saved items and your RSS alerts. You can also change your search preferences by clicking on "Preferences", then "Search preferences" and "Add new". A new page will pop up where you also get to select the default sorting criteria for your search results (e.g. you can change to sort your search results by "Document date" rather than "Relevance").
