rel="nofollow">芯片</a>上的影像效果，并且根据被测物尺寸的大小来自由调整有效测量区域。在3毫米宽度的区域内，传感器可以测量多达100个点的高度数据，测量重复精度可以达到微米级。</p><p>　　相比较于市面上常见的3D相机检测液位方案，OXM200使用起来更加便捷，且使用成本更低，可以很好地辅助PCB生产过程和汽车零部的生产，检测灌胶以后胶水体积是否达标。</p><p
