Her project engagements focus primarily on supporting the firm's regulatory practice area. Her responsibilities involve evaluating utility rate filings and providing analytical support on a variety of regulatory matters. To that end, Oliwia conducts research, develops and maintains electric and gas rate models, conducts quantitative analyses and assists in the preparation of expert witness testimony and exhibits.</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Oliwia began her career in the utility regulatory field in 2001 at the Utah Department of Commerce. There, she remained on the staff of the Committee of Consumer Services as a Utility Analyst until 2005. In that capacity, Oliwia was responsible for conducting economic analysis and providing policy recommendations on multiple matters pertaining to rate regulation.
