In the recent works WiMAX is considered suitable as a<br \/>\r\nbackhaul service to connect multiple dispersed Wi-Fi ‘hotspots’.<br \/>\r\nHence a new integrated WiMAX\/Wi-Fi architecture has been<br \/>\r\nproposed in literatures. In this paper the performance of an integrated<br \/>\r\nWiMAX\/Wi-Fi network has been investigated by streaming a video<br \/>\r\nconference application. The difference in performance between the<br \/>\r\ntwo protocols is compared with respect to video conferencing.
