To recognize the outstanding academic performance of secondary school students with physical disabilities in Hong Kong, the Chan Fuk Sing Memorial Trust Fund for Rehabilitation Scholarship (“CFS Scholarship”) is set up in 2024 under the Fund to award students with outstanding results in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE).
