2024</h3> <p><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Helen has a lengthy executive career as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of a number of major listed companies including at Marks & Spencer from 2015 to 2018. She was also the Group Finance Director for the John Lewis Partnership and was formerly CEO of the retail bank arm of Lloyds Banking Group. After completing her MBA at Cranfield Business School she worked in hospital management at board and national level for 16 years. After retirement she has devoted her time to unpaid trustee positions in the charity and not-for-profit sector. In particular, she is Vice-Chairman of Cycling UK, trustee of Access Sport and trustee of Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust. She is currently a Council member of Bath University where she graduated in pharmacy. He now leads Creative Land Trust, a charity established by the Mayor of London, Bloomberg Philanthropies and Arts Council England to solve the problem of the loss of artists and creatives from London. He is a trustee at Five Talents, a charity that delivers financial inclusion for women in East Africa.
