The Union\u2019s Common\r\nAgricultural Policy has undergone several transformations in the last\r\nfive decades, with the main change taking place in the 1990s. This\r\nchange influenced agriculture in the Czech Republic, inasmuch as the\r\nfledgling republic was preparing to join the European Union and\r\nadopt its policies. In the 1990s, Czech agriculture passed from\r\na centrally planned economy to a market economy and subsequently\r\nadopted the terms of the Common Agricultural Policy. The Czech\r\nRepublic is also characterized by a significant diversification of\r\nlandscape sphere. Agricultural entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic\r\nare still not accustomed to the possibility of grants from the European\r\nUnion. They focus rather on national or regional subsidies. Only half\r\nof all agricultural entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic use European\r\nsubsidies. This article focuses on the introduction of the Common\r\nAgricultural Policy to the Czech Republic and its subsequent\r\ninfluence on Czech agriculture. It is demonstrated through the\r\nimplementation rate of the CAP in the EU Member States and\r\na closer focus on Czech integration.","references":"[1] M. E.
