href="https://web.archive.org/web/20190427152527/https://www.dawn.com/news/1478644/journalists-targeted-with-coordinated-smear-campaigns-online">رپورٹ</a></strong> کے مطابق ان غیر مہذبانہ ہیش ٹیگز کے پہلے سلسلے کا آغاز بدھ کو ہوا جس کے تحت نازیبا القابات اور تدوین شدہ تصاویر کی مدد سے ماروی سرمد، مبشر زیدی اور عمر چیمہ کو نشانہ بنایا گیا۔</p> <p>ان ٹرینڈز کے تجزیے سے معلوم ہوا کہ ماروی سرمد کے صحافیوں کو بدسلوکی اور ہتک آمیز مواد کا سامنا کرنا پڑا جس میں سلیم صافی، ارشد وحید چوہدری اور فخردرانی شامل ہیں جن پر اپوزیشن جماعتوں سے رقم وصول کرنے کا الزام عائد کیا گیا۔</p> <p>ارشد وحید چوہدری پر کسی نامعلوم شخص نے چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی بلاول بھٹو سے پہلے سے طے کردہ سوال پوچھنے کا الزام لگایا جس کے بعد ان پر تنقید کا نہ رکنے والا سلسلہ شروع ہوگیا جس کے بعد انہوں نے ایک ٹوئٹ کر کے کہا کہ ’اس رجحان سے ٹرینڈز چلانے والوں کی تکلیف کی شدت کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے‘۔ </p> <p>سوشل میڈیا پر تحقیق کرنے والے سعید رضوان کے مطابق ٹوئٹر صارفین نے ایک منظم نیٹ ورک کے ذریعے ان ہیش ٹیگز کو مقبول کیا جس کی وضاحت ضوابط کے مطابق یہ پلیٹ فارم کسی فرد یا گروہ کو نشانہ بنانے یا ہراساں کرنے کے رویے کی اجازت نہیں دیتا۔</p> <p>لیکن اس کے باجود ٹوئٹر پر بدسلوکی کے ان ٹرینڈز کے فروغ پر صحافیوں اور اور پالیسی پر کام کرنے والے افراد نے تنقیدی آواز اٹھانے والوں کے خلاف پروپیگنڈے اور دھمکیوں دینے کے سلسلے پر <strong><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20190427152527/https://www.dawnnews.tv/news/1066338">ٹوئٹر</a></strong> کی ناکامی پر مایوسی کا اظہار کیا۔</p> <p>ٹیلی ویژن میزبان عمار مسعود نے کہا کہ فرضی اکاؤنٹس اظہارِ رائے کی آزادی کی راہ میں سب سے بڑی رکاوٹ ہیں۔</p> <p>انہوں نے لکھا کہ غیر مہذبانہ ٹوئٹر ٹرینڈز زیادہ تر فرضی اکاؤنٹس سے کیے جاتے ہیں جو ایک مخصوص ایجنڈے پر کام کررہے ہیں، ٹوئٹر کو ان کا نوٹس لینا چاہیے اور ان فرضی اکاؤنٹس کو بے نقاب کر کے ختم کرنا چاہیے۔</p> <p>اس بارے وزیراعظم کے فوکل پرسن برائے ڈیجیٹل میڈیا ڈاکٹر ارسلان خالد سے پوچھا گیا کہ حکومت صحافیوں کے آن لائن تحفظ کے لیے کیا اقدامات کررہی ہے تو ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اس قسم کی مہم وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے (ایف آئی اے) اور وزارت داخلہ کی ناکامی کو ظاہر کرتی ہے۔</p> <p><strong>یہ بھی پڑھیں: <a
