class="index_cententWrap__Jv8jK"><p><strong>关于中国航天科技集团公司完成改制及名称变更为中国航天科技集团有限公司的通告</strong></p><p>根据党中央、国务院关于全民所有制企业基本完成公司制改制的重大决定和国务院国资委有关工作部署，经国务院国资委批复同意，中国航天科技集团公司（以下简称航天科技）完成了公司制改制，已于2017年12月8日在北京市工商行政管理局办理了工商变更手续。有关变更事宜如下：</p><p>一、<strong>航天科技由全民所有制企业整体改制为国有独资公司，企业名称由“中国航天科技集团公司”变更为“中国航天科技集团有限公司”。</strong></p><p>二、企业注册资本由111.2069亿元变更为200亿元。</p><p>三、改制及更名后，原有业务、资产、资质、债权、债务均由改制后企业承继，出资人、公司住所、法定代表人、英文名称均不变。</p><p>特此通告。</p><p>中国航天科技集团有限公司</p><p>2017年12月15日</p><p><strong>中国航天科技集团公司完成公司制改制工作</strong></p><p>按照国资委统一部署，2017年12月8日，中国航天科技集团公司在北京市工商行政管理局办理了改制后公司的营业执照，公司名称变更为中国航天科技集团有限公司，企业类型由全民所有制企业变更为国有独资公司，企业注册资本由111亿元变更为200亿元，这标志着集团公司层面的公司制改制工作圆满完成。</p><p>公司制改制是集团公司深化改革的一项重大举措，为集团公司健全现代企业制度，形成有效制衡的公司法人治理结构和灵活高效的市场化经营机制奠定了坚实的基础。</p><p>航天科技集团将以公司制改制为新的起点，深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，坚决落实创新驱动发展战略和军民融合发展战略，加快实施航天重大工程，不断取得建成航天强国的标志性成果，为实现集团公司的做强做优做大，建成国际一流大型航天企业集团和推动航天强国建设而不断努力奋进。</p></div><ul
