Credit/debit card is the preferred methods of payment, with PayPal also available. Manual BACS and cheque payments can be accepted upon enquiry.</li> <li>Refunds on subscription fees is not offered.</li> <li>BCG Pro is currently discounted: save £25 off the subscription fee every year you remain subscribed.</li> <li>Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each year-long billing cycle. If payment fails, your account may be deactivated and a new subscription will be required. British Comedy Guide reserves the right to alter membership charges for BCG Pro - existing subscribers will be informed in advance of their rebilling date if this is planned. Subscribers with a discounted membership fee will continue to receive a discount on the price of the new plan.</li> <li>You can opt to leave at any point, by cancelling your subscription via the BCG Pro account page. If you do, your saved payment method will not be rebilled at the end of your current billing cycle - you'll retain BCG Pro access until that point.</li> <li>When your BCG Pro access expires, or if you choose to delete your user account entirely, you will lose access to all benefits of BCG Pro immediately. This includes (for Pro and Business members) the data in your People Profile being hidden from view.</li> <li>It is possible to move between BCG Pro plans. The difference in price (calculated on a pro-rata basis on the remaining time left on the current subscription period) will be credited to your account against your next bill. If you opt to move from Starter to Pro you will be charged the difference in price (calculated on the same pro-rata basis of the subscription time left in the current period) as an instant payment. Your discount will continue.</li> <li>The BCG Pro subscription charge covers the costs of all services provided by British Comedy Guide - there are no hidden extra costs.
