ארגון הגג של הקהילות והמוסדות הרפורמיים בישראל</h3> <p class="has-text-color has-medium-font-size" style="color:#116cac">התנועה מאוגדת כעמותה ומתנהלת כמוסד ללא כוונת רווח. התנועה הישראלית הינה חלק מתנועה עולמית, הפועלת באמצעות 1200 קהילות ומרכזיים קהילתיים בלמעלה מ-50 מדינות ברחבי העולם, יחדיו הם מהווים את הזרם הדתי והקהילתי הגדול ביהדות זמננו.</p> <h5 class="has-text-align-right has-text-color wp-block-heading" style="color:#116cac">קהילות</h5> <p>בתנועה הרפורמית פועלים כיום כ-50 קהילות ומיזמים אזורים, מקרית שמונה באצבע הגליל ועד דרום הערבה. רבני ורבות התנועה, מובילים קהילות עירוניות ומיזמים במועצות אזוריות ברחבי הארץ ביחד עם מנהיגות מתנדבת מקומית ונותנים שירות למגוון רחב של קהילות וקהלים בציבור הישראלי. </p> <div class="wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flex כ 30 גני ילדים , 4 בתי ספר יסודיים , חטיבה ותיכון. ליבת העשיה של המרכז היא פיתוח  חומרי למידה ברוח יהודית פלורליסטית למשרד החינוך ומוסדות חינוך רבים בארץ. המרכז מוביל תוכניות קשר בין עשרות בתי ספר בארץ לבתי ספר יהודים בעולם. המרכז עוסק גם בהשתלמויות לצוותי חינוך בארץ ובעולם. </p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">תוכן ותרבות</h5> <p>התנועה מפתחת ומייצרת תכנים המלווים את כל לוח השנה העברי, את השבת והחג. תכנים אלה מונגשים לציבוריות הישראלית על מנת לסייע להם לחגוג ולקיים יהדות ישראלית, פתוחה ושוויונית, במתכונת משפחתית, אישית וקהילתית.</p> <figure class="wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video תורה</figcaption></figure> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">טקסי חיים</h5> <p>רבות ורבני התנועה מקיימים מאות טקסי מעגל החיים בקהילות והן מטעם שדו"ת : מרכז טקסי מעגל החיים ושירותי הדת של התנועה. אנו עורכים טקסי בני ובנות מצווה, נישואין, טקסי לידה: ברית, שמחת הבת והבן, פדיון הבן וטקסי אבלות וזיכרון. </p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">נוער – נוער תלם</h5> <p>נוער תלם היא תנועת הנוער של התנועה הרפורמית בישראל, המחנכת לאורח חיים יהודי המבוסס על המסורת היהודית, התרבות העברית-ישראלית והמחויבות החברתית לבנייתה של חברה צודקת. ברוח חזון הנביאים, פועלת נוער תלם לקידומו של שוויון הזדמנויות בחברה בישראל; מכינת תלם</h5> <p>מכינת תלם מחנכת בני ובנות נוער ליהדות ליברלית, עשייה קהילתית ומנהיגות בחברה הישראלית. המכינה ביפו הוקמה בשנת 2003, ובשנת 2017 הוקמה גם המכינה בחולון. שתי השלוחות, הייחודיות בנוף המכינות כעירוניות וממוקדות בעשייה בקהילה, מחנכות יחד כ-80 חניכים וחניכות מדי שנה. שנת המכינה היא שנה מעצימה ואינטנסיבית שכוללת למידה לשמה, עשייה קהילתית, חיי קבוצה, סמינרים וטיולים, הכנה לצה"ל ואירועי שיא קהילתיים וקבוצתיים.</p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">צעירים – תלמים קהילת הצעירים</h5> <p>קהילת תלמים, היא קהילת צעירים של התנועה הרפורמית בישראל. קהילה זו כוללת צעירים בגילאי 20-35 , מאחרי צבא עד שלב הקמת המשפחה והילדים, המקיימים פעילות יהודית עצמאית ומקורית ומחוברת למסורת היהודית. </p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">פעילות ציבורית – המרכז הרפורמי לדת ומדינה</h5> <p>אחד מהדגשים של התנועה הוא הפעילות בזירה הציבורית, המשפטית והתקשורתית לקידום חופש הדת והמצפון של אזרחי ישראל, לקידום הסובלנות הדתית ולמניעת גילויי קנאות וגזענות, להפרדת הממסדים הדתיים לרשויות השלטון ולקידום ערכים של אחריות חברתית ושוויון הזדמנויות. פעולתה זו של התנועה נעשית בראש וראשונה באמצעות המרכז הרפורמי לדת ומדינה, שהוא אחד מארגוני השינוי החברתי המובילים בישראל.  </p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">תיקון עולם – בכבוד המרכז לאחריות חברתית</h5> <p>קרן בכבוד מקיימת תכניות מעורבות חברתית וגמילות חסדים בשיתוף קהילות התנועה ומוסדותיה, שמטרתן ביסוס תפיסה של אחריות וסולידריות חברתית ותרבות של נתינה ועשייה באורח החיים הקהילתיים. </p> <p>קרן בכבוד מגבשת ומפתחת את תחום הקיום המשותף היהודי – ערבי בשיתוף קהילות התנועה. קרן בכבוד פועלת לקידום תחום הנגישות ופעילות בקרב ישראלים עם מוגבלות, ומקיימת מעגלי העצמת נשים בקרב הפועלים בארץ. רבים מחברי מועצת הרבנים הוסמכו בהיברו יוניון קולג' – מוסד ההכשרה האקדמי של התנועה הפועל בירושלים. לצד בית המדרש לרבנים פועלות בקולג' תוכניות הכשרה נוספות למחנכים, מלווים רוחניים, שליחי
