style="width:100%;"> </div> <div class="s-post"><div>Berdzikir merupakan hal yang dianjurkan agama. Di dalam Al-Qur’an seruan berdzikir dijelaskan berulang kali. Bahkan di sebagian ayat, berdzikir bisa dilakukan dalam keadaan apa pun: berdiri, duduk atau sambil tiduran. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Namun di sisi lain, saat khutbah berlangsung, agama menganjurkan jamaah untuk diam dan mendengarkan khutbah dengan seksama. Bagi sebagian orang, berdzikir bisa jadi sudah menjadi kebiasaan, sehingga saat mendengarkan khutbah, mulutnya senantiasa melantunkan dzikir, mungkin juga karena menyelesaikan jumlah wiridan rutinitasnya. Seperti kebiasaan orang berdzikir, tangan pun digerakan untuk menggeser butiran tasbih untuk menghitung jumlah dzikir yang terucap. Bagaimana hukum kebiasaan tersebut menurut pandangan fiqih?</div><div><br></div><div>Anjuran diam saat khutbah berlangsung berlaku umum, termasuk diam dari melafalkan dzikir. Demikian pula dianjurkan untuk tidak menggerak-gerakan tangan, kaki atau anggota tubu lain selama khutbah berlangsung, sebab hal tersebut dapat melalaikan konsentrasi jamaah dalam mendengarkan khutbah. Bila anjuran tersebut dilanggar, maka hukumnya makruh.</div><div><br></div><div>Anjuran tersebut berlandaskan pada ayat:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>Artinya, “Apabila dibacakan Al-Qur’an (baca: khutbah), maka dengarkanlah baik-baik, dan perhatikanlah dengan tenang agar kamu mendapat rahmat.” (Surat Al-A’raf, ayat 204).</div><div><br></div><div>Syekh Zakariyya dalam kitabnya <span style="font-style: italic;">Asna al-Mathalib</span> menjelaskan sebagai berikut:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">ويكره للحاضرين الكلام فيها لظاهر الآية السابقة وخبر مسلم إذا قلت لصاحبك أنصت يوم الجمعة والإمام يخطب فقد لغوت</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>“Makruh bagi hadirin jamaah Jumat berbicara saat khutbah, karena bunyi eksplisit ayat di atas dan haditsnya Imam Muslim. Jika kamu katakan kepada temanmu, ‘Diamlah!’ di hari Jumat saat khatib berkhutbah, maka kamu telah melakukan perbuatan menganggur (tiada guna).” (Syekh Zakariyya al-Anshari, <span style="font-style: italic;">Asna al-Mathalib</span>, juz 2, hal. 138).</div><div><br></div><div>Syekh Sulaiman Al-Jamal mengatakan:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">ويكره المشي بين الصفوف للسؤال ودوران الإبريق والقرب لسقي الماء وتفرقة الأوراق والتصدق عليهم ؛ لأنه يلهي الناس عن الذكر واستماع الخطبة ا هـ . برماوي .</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>Artinya, “Makruh berjalan di antara shaf untuk meminta-minta, mengedarkan kendi atau geriba untuk memberi minuman, membagikan kertas dan bersedekah kepada jamaah, sebab hal tersebut dapat melalaikan manusia dari zikir dan mendengarkan khutbah,” (Syekh Sulaiman Al-Jamal, <span style="font-style: italic;">Hasyiyatul Jamal</span>, juz II, halaman 36).</div><div><br></div><div>Yang dianjurkan saat khutbah berlangsung adalah membaca doa dalam hati, tanpa dilafalkan dan tanpa menggerakan anggota tubuh. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan harapan mendapat waktu mustajabah yang menurut mayoritas ulama Syafiiyyah terhitung saat khatib duduk di mimbar sampai selesai shalat Jumat.</div><div><br></div><div>Al-Imam An-Nawawi mengatakan:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">ساعة الإجابة هي ما بين أن يجلس الإمام على المنبر أول صعوده إلى أن يقضي الإمام الصلاة ثبت هذا في صحيح مسلم من كلام رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم من رواية أبي موسى الأشعري وقيل فيها اقوال كثيرة مشهورة غير هذا اشهرها أنها بعد العصر والصواب الأول</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>Artinya, “Waktu ijabah adalah waktu di antara duduknya khatib di atas mimbar saat pertama kali ia naik, hingga imam shalat Jumat menyelesaikan shalatnya. Hal ini sesuai dengan keterangan dalam Shahih Muslim dari sabda Nabi, riwayatnya Sahabat Abi Musa Al-Asy’ari. Pendapat lain mengatakan, ada beberapa versi yang banyak dan masyhur selain pendapat yang pertama. Yang paling masyhur adalah setelah Ashar hari Jumat. Pendapat yang benar adalah yang pertama,” (Lihat Al-Imam An-Nawawi, <span style="font-style: italic;">Tahriru Alfazhit Tanbih</span>, juz I, halaman 87).</div><div><br></div><div>Syekh Jalaluddin Al-Bulqini sebagaimana dikutip Syekh Mahfuzh At-Tarmasi menjelaskan bahwa anjuran berdoa sepanjang mendengarkan khutbah tidak bertentangan dengan anjuran diam dan mendengarkan khutbah secara seksama, sebab berdoa dalam kondisi tersebut cukup dihadirkan dalam hati. </div><div><br></div><div>Berikut ini penegasan referensinya:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">وسئل البلقيني كيف يستحب الدعاء في حال الخطبة وهو مأمور بالإنصات فأجاب بأنه ليس من شرط الدعاء التلفظ بل استحضار ذلك بالقلب كاف في ذلك</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>Artinya, “Imam Al-Bulqini ditanya. ‘Bagaimana mungkin jamaah Jumat disunahkan berdoa saat berlangsungnya khutbah sementara ia diperintahkan diam?’ Ia menjawab, ‘Doa tidak disyaratkan untuk diucapkan. Menghadirkan doa di dalam hati saat khutbah berlangsung sudah cukup,’” (Lihat Syekh Mahfuzh Termas, <span style="font-style: italic;">Hasyiyatut Tarmasi ‘alal Minhajil Qawim</span>, [Jeddah, Darul Minhaj: 2011 M], cetakan pertama, juz 4, halaman 344).</div><div><br></div><div>Namun demikian, bagi jamaah Jumat yang tidak dapat mendengarkan khutbah dengan jelas semisal karena jauh dengan khatib, dianjurkan baginya untuk berdzikir dan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan suara pelan sekiranya tidak mengganggu jamaah lain. Dalam kondisi demikian, menurut Syekh Ali Syibramalisi, yang lebih utama adalah membaca shalawat kepada Nabi Muhammad.</div><div><br></div><div>Disebutkan dalam kitab <span style="font-style: italic;">I’anah al-Thalibin </span>sebagai berikut:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">وسن إنصات أي سكوت مع إصغاء لخطبة ويسن ذلك وإن لم يسمع الخطبة نعم الأولى لغير السامع أن يشتغل بالتلاوة والذكر سرا.</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>“Sunah diam besertaan mendengarkan seksama kepada khutbah. Yang demikian tersebut disunahkan meski jamaah tidak mendengarkan khutbah. Namun demikian, yang lebih utama bagi jamaah yang tidak dapat mendengarkan khutbah adalah menyibukan diri dengan membaca Al-Qur’an dan berdzikir secara samar.”</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: right; "><span style="font-size: 18px;">ـ )قوله: أن يشتغل بالتلاوة والذكر) قال ع ش: بل ينبغي أن يقال أن الأفضل له اشتغاله بالصلاة على النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - مقدما على التلاوة، لغير سورة الكهف، والذكر، لأنها شعار اليوم. اه. (قوله: سرا) أي بحيث لا يشوش على الحاضرين</span></div><div style="text-align: right; "><br></div><div>“Tentang ucapan Syekh Zainuddin ‘menyibukan diri dengan membaca Al-Qur’an dan berdzikir’, Syekh Ali Syibramalisi mengatakan, seyogiayanya yang lebih utama dibaca adalah shalawat kepada Nabi yang lebih didahulukan atas membaca Al-Qur’an dan dzikir selain Surat al-Kahfi, sebab yang demikian adalah syiar di hari Jumat. Ucapan Syekh Zainuddin, secara samar, maksudnya sekiranya tidak mengganggu hadirin yang lain.” (Syekh Abu Bakr bin Syatha, <span style="font-style: italic;">I’anah al-Thalibin</span>, juz 2, hal. 99).</div><div><br></div><div>Dari uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum melafalkan dzikir dan menggerakkan tasbih saat khutbah berlangsung adalah makruh, kecuali bagi jamaah yang tidak dapat mendengarkan khutbah, maka dianjurkan baginya untuk membaca dzikir dengan suara pelan. Bila terpaksa harus berdzikir, hendaknya cukup dibaca di hati, tanpa perlu diucapkan. Lebih baik lagi menghadirkan doa di dalam hati sepanjang khutbah berlangsung.
