<p>11月21日消息（岳明）过去一年，全球业界对6G的研究逐步深入，且进展显著。对于6G来说，一个关键的发展节点即将到来。</p><p>根据3GPP规划，预计2025年将启动6G标准研究(SI)，2027年启动6G标准制定(WI)，2029年完成6G基础版本标准。</p><p>眼下，落实需求，聚焦共识，收敛选项，正成为行业迈向6G标准化研究阶段的重点工作。</p><p>通过本月于上海举办的“2024全球6G发展大会”，我们对全球最新6G进展有了进一步了解。C114注意到，在呼吁达成“全球统一6G标准与生态”这样的行业共识之外，与会专家们的观点中既有对6G促成“风花雪月”的期许，同时也有不少盼望6G更加务实地满足用户“柴米油盐”需求的声音。</p><p><strong>6G+<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>：一场相伴相生的“风花雪月”</strong></p><p>2023年6月，国际电信联盟（ITU）完成6G愿景建议书，这标志着6G愿景概念基本明确。其中确定的几大6G典型场景包括：沉浸式通信、通信感知一体化、超大规模连接、泛在连接、超可靠低时延通信、人工智能（<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>）和通信。</p><p>行业一致认为，6G将是通信、感知、智能、计算融合的移动信息网络，承载新业务，赋能新服务。</p><p>例如，中国通信标准化协会理事长闻库在演讲中谈到，<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>将会是6G发展底色，成为创新的关键“增量”。6G网络将成为分布式高效、节能、安全的AI服务供给平台。6G网络能够向用户终端等第三方设备提供智能及计算服务，并使用网络侧提供的AI及计算资源。6G终端将以人为中心，提供智能化信息服务。</p><p>中国移动通信集团有限公司副总工程师、首席科学家王晓云认为，6G时代，AI将引发服务范式变革，6G将使能AI成为泛在普惠的社会级服务，为AI提供泛在连接和泛在算力，从而实现“网络无所不达，AI无所不及”。在这当中，智能体将成为6G内生智能重要服务场景与重要使能者。</p><p>华为无线CTO童文博士提出，机器生成的“新智能”将成为变革的引擎，未来将是一个“AGI for 6G , 6G for AGI”的全新时代。其中的核心论点是，3G/4G/5G网络主要承载的是移动互联网应用，而到了6G时代，我们手中的终端即是通用<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/%E4%BA%BA%E5%B7%A5%E6%99%BA%E8%83%BD_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">人工智能</a>（AGI），而6G-AGI将会是数字世界与物理世界的接口，这意味着一次重大的范式变革。</p><p>上海<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/%E4%BA%BA%E5%B7%A5%E6%99%BA%E8%83%BD_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">人工智能</a>实验室主任、首席科学家周伯文亦表示，技术变革的“拐点”往往突然到来，而AGI很有可能正是这样一种变革性的颠覆技术。未来AGI将突破数字与物理世界的局限，改变知识生产。在他看来，AI+6G将成为驱动未来创新的双引擎。6G将推动AGI加速发展，并帮助实现异构多智能体的协同。</p><p>那么，利用6G+AI技术，究竟可以为人类提供哪些服务场景呢？</p><p>韩国6G Forum执行委员会主席KyungHi Chang在他的演讲中给出了一个典型例子。</p><p>他介绍到，韩国正迅速进入超老龄化社会，65岁以上老年人口比例到2035年将超过30%，到2050年将超过43%，持续的低出生率加上缺乏照顾者等因素，使得养老问题在韩国变得日益严峻。</p><p>眼下，韩国对确保老年人福祉和安全的需求正不断增加。KyungHi Chang表示，通过将传感、AI、机器人与6G通信相结合，利用大模型对老年人的生活习惯和健康状况进行监控与学习，将为实现更好的老年人护理服务提供新的可能性。</p><p><strong>从5G到6G：切实满足用户刚需的“柴米油盐”</strong></p><p>不过，6G与AI的相伴相生，如今更像是诗与远方。毕竟，在今年才刚开启5G-A大规模部署的国内市场，已然站在了移动通信技术发展的最前沿。</p><p>从5G-A望向6G，路漫漫其修远兮。一方面电信运营商需要持续降低TCO，提升效率；另一方面，5G时代的创收并未如此前预期那般顺利，变现仍然是运营商更好地生存下去的核心议题，这种“灵魂拷问”无疑也将延续至未来的6G时代。</p><p>中国工程院院士邬贺铨在此次大会发表演讲时就明确指出，6G网络服务应以刚需为本，当前需要针对刚需应用提出合理的标准。他认为，6G可能不会像4G那样实现无缝覆盖的网络。需要满足6G多维度目标的特殊场景是小概率事件，同一用户不需要同时满足所有需求，也不需要同一终端来支持，大众刚需与小众需求难以在同一网络架构和频段上兼容。</p><p>他直言，“全息通信、感官互联、3D沉浸体验、虚拟世界等能显示6G的宽带水平，但非大众刚需。同时，空天地一体也并不意味着所有终端直接上星，现在5G手机上星也是另加上星芯片与天线。仅在应急情况下，普通手持终端以低速率数据直接上星。”</p><p>因此，邬贺铨呼吁道，在制定6G标准的过程中，我们应重视满足大众基本需求的合理指标，而非仅仅关注那些特定的高要求指标。6G系统协议的设计应重点考虑那些要求不高但对提升大众使用体验至关重要的应用场景。</p><p>实际上，从整个网络架构上来看，从5G到6G的升级在技术上不会是革命性的跨越，更多的行业共识是6G本质上是对5G的一种优化。对此，中国联通研究院中心总监李福昌与爱立信网络标准与行业倡议负责人Janne Peisa在演讲中都强调了需要坚持从5G-A到6G的平滑演进，并以需求牵引6G研发。</p><p>此外，王晓云在其演讲中强调了实现6G商业闭环的重要性。她表示，6G是一种特殊形态的产品，商业价值既是出发点也是落脚点。对商业价值的判断，将影响网络发展路径，进一步影响产业对时间节奏的把握。</p><p>她指出，6G已经从理论与技术研究发展到面向产业的技术创新的全新阶段，因此更需要从6G商业价值实现出发来系统推进。“对于商业闭环来讲，我觉得最重要的是两个方面：开辟新蓝海和网络可持续发展，另外要寻求平台化网络发展模式，满足网络差异化需求。”</p><p>“对6G来说，2025年将进入6G开始‘做减法’的阶段。明年行业的重点工作将在于从可行性、实施性、实际收益等落地角度考虑问题，将6G的各种可能性从发散迈向收敛，确定哪些是真正有实际应用价值的6G
