<p>3月4日，来宾市生态环境局关于印发《来宾市优化环境影响评价工作服务壮大实体经济若干措施》的通知，通知指出，优化项目环境影响评价审批改革。同一市辖区或县(市、区)编制的等级公路、城市道路、光伏发电、陆上风力发电、生活垃圾转运站、污水处理厂等项目的环境影响评价报告表可予以“打捆”环评审批。对公路、铁路、水利水电、光伏发电、陆上风力发电、新能源工业等项目,实施环评审批与污染物总量指标“脱钩”管理。</p>
