and PhD candidate Presentation (OSPP) Awards, to further improve the overall quality of poster and PICO (<a href="https://blogs.egu.eu/geolog/2014/11/19/why-choose-a-pico-session-at-egu-2015/">Presenting Interactive COntent</a>) presentations at the General Assemblies and, most importantly, to foster the excitement of early-career colleagues for presenting their work in these formats.
