text-align: justify;">科院</span><span style=";; text-align: justify;">亚林所在国内率先系统开展无患子种质资源收集保存、遗传评价和开发利用等工作。2016年在浙江安吉建成我国首个无患子国家林木种质资源库，收集保存了无患子全分布区重要遗传资源。</span><br></p> <p><span style=";; text-align: justify;"><br></span></p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">该研究基于库存种质，结合三代测序和二代测序技术，完成了<span style=";; text-align: justify;">无患子</span>染色体级别基因组组装。与以往公开的基因组相比，该研究基因组的完整性由83.8%提升至97.64%，并填补了4931个Gaps，极大提高了无患子基因组绘制质量。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">此外，通过基因注释和比对分析，研究团队挖掘出6个参与调控无患子种仁油脂合成的候选基因。该研究还基于全基因组序列，开发了20对多态性高、稳定性强的SSR标记，通过346份无患子遗传资源验证了其可靠性，揭示了无患子及其近缘种遗传关系和种质资源丰富的遗传多样性。</p> <p style=";;
