When the song was released by LaFace in the summer of 2004, it quickly climbed to the top of both the mainstream and R&B charts in several countries. Her debut (also titled Goodies) made a similar journey when it was issued later in 2004, bolstered by input from industry heavyweights such as <a href="/people/401/000026323/">Missy Elliott</a>, <a href="/people/599/000045464/">Ludacris</a>, <a href="/people/297/000088033/">Petey Pablo</a>, and a writing contribution (Next To You) from <a href="/people/540/000024468/">R.
