In this paper, we designed and fabricated a three dimensional (3D) MEMS supercapacitor, which is consisting of conformal silicon dioxide/titanium/polypyrrole (PPy) layers on silicon substrate. At first, ''through-structure'' was fabricated on the silicon substrate by high-aspect-ratio deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) method, which enlarges the available surface area significantly. Then the SiO2/Ti/PPy layers grew sequentially on the ³through-structure´. There-s a considerable possibility of bankruptcy for China-s current municipal pattern as it-s an overdraft of land deal in fact. Based on the analysis of China-s current municipal pattern, the passage proposed an assumption of a new pattern verified legitimacy by conceptual as well as econometric models. Conclusion is: the added supernumerary value of investment in public goods was not included in China-s current municipal pattern, but hidden in the rising housing prices; we should set housing tax or municipal tax to optimize the municipal pattern, to correct the behavior of local governments and to ensure the regular development of China-s urbanization.</p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Urban%20management" title="Urban management">Urban management</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=China%27s%20municipal%20pattern" title=" China's municipal pattern"> China's municipal pattern</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=land%0D%0Afinancial%20institution" title=" land financial institution"> land financial institution</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=housing%20tax" title=" housing tax"> housing tax</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Public%20goods." title=" Public goods."> Public goods.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/urban-management-and-chinas-municipal-pattern" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/665.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">1857</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">76</span> On a New Nonlinear Sum-difference Inequality with Application</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Kelong%20Zheng">Kelong Zheng</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Shouming%20Zhong"> Shouming Zhong</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> A new nonlinear sum-difference inequality in two variables which generalize some existing results and can be used as handy tools in the analysis of certain partial difference equation is discussed. The experiments show that this approach suitably adjusts the replication policies, which brings negligible overhead. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Decentralization" title="Decentralization">Decentralization</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Replication%20Management" title=" Replication Management"> Replication Management</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=SelfAdaption" title=" SelfAdaption"> SelfAdaption</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Tuple%20Space." title=" Tuple Space."> Tuple Space.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/exploiting-self-adaptive-replication-management-on-decentralized-tuple-space" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/15815.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">1217</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">64</span> Algebraic Quantum Error Correction Codes</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Ming-Chung%20Tsai">Ming-Chung Tsai</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Kuan-Peng%20Chen"> Kuan-Peng Chen</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Zheng-Yao"> Zheng-Yao</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> A systematic and exhaustive method based on the group structure of a unitary Lie algebra is proposed to generate an enormous number of quantum codes. The tasks of admission controller for the PS are demonstrated. Analysis and simulation models are developed to quantify the performance of WCBQ scheme. An optimized dropping time frame has been developed based on which some of the preexisting messages are dropped from the PS-buffer. Cost functions are developed and simulation comparison has been performed with FCFS (First Come First Served) scheme. The results show that the PS benefits significantly from the proposed queuing and dropping algorithm (WCBQ) during heavy traffic. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Admission%20control" title="Admission control">Admission control</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=presence" title=" presence"> presence</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=queuing." title=" queuing."> queuing.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/admission-control-approaches-in-the-ims-presence-service" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3894.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">1563</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">60</span> Intellectual Property Protection of CRISPR Related Technologies</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Zheng%20Miao">Zheng Miao</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Dennis%20Fernandez"> Dennis Fernandez</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> CRISPR research has the potential to completely transform life science, agriculture, live-stock and the health care industry. The results demonstrate very promising re-localization results for indoor navigation system in low light environments. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Indoor%20navigation" title="Indoor navigation">Indoor navigation</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=low%20light" title=" low light"> low light</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=RGB-D%20camera" title=" RGB-D camera"> RGB-D camera</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=vision%0D%0Abased." title=" vision based."> vision based.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/visual-search-based-indoor-localization-in-low-light-via-rgb-d-camera" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/10006850.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">1676</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">57</span> Towards An Extended International HRM Model for Emerging Multinational Enterprises</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Connie%20Zheng">Connie Zheng</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> This paper critiques several exiting strategic international human resource management (SIHRM) frameworks and discusses their limitations to apply directly to emerging multinational enterprises (EMNEs), especially those generated from China and other BRICS nations. Further, the switching current is found to scale with nanowire diameter making the architecture promising for future scaling. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=RRAM" title="RRAM">RRAM</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=1T1R" title=" 1T1R"> 1T1R</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=gate-all-around%20FET" title=" gate-all-around FET"> gate-all-around FET</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=nanowire%20FET" title=" nanowire FET"> nanowire FET</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=vertical%20MOSFETs" title=" vertical MOSFETs"> vertical MOSFETs</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/integration-of-resistive-switching-memory-cell-with-vertical-nanowire-transistor" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/13780.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">2148</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">50</span> Influence of Heat Transfer on Stability of Newtonian and Non-Newtonian Extending Films</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Olus%20N.%20Boratav">Olus N. The thickness-averaged mass, momentum and energy equations with convective and radiative heat transfer are derived, both for Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids (Maxwell, PTT and Giesekus models considered). The stability of the system is explored using either eigenvalue analysis or transient simulations. The results showed that the influence of heating and cooling on stability strongly depends on the magnitude of the Peclet number. Examples of stabilization or destabilization of heating or cooling are shown for Pe<< 1, and Pe = O(1) cases, for Newtonian and non-Newtonian flows.</p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Extended%20films" title="Extended films">Extended films</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=stability" title=" stability"> stability</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=eigen-analysis%20for%20stability" title=" eigen-analysis for stability"> eigen-analysis for stability</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=transient%20response" title=" transient response"> transient response</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=polymer%20instability" title=" polymer instability"> polymer instability</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Non-Newtonian%20fluids." title=" Non-Newtonian fluids."> Non-Newtonian fluids.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/influence-of-heat-transfer-on-stability-of-newtonian-and-non-newtonian-extending-films" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/3609.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">1657</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">49</span> Towards Developing a Self-Explanatory Scheduling System Based on a Hybrid Approach</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Jian%20Zheng">Jian Zheng</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Yoshiyasu%20Takahashi"> Yoshiyasu Takahashi</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Yuichi%20Kobayashi"> Yuichi Kobayashi</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Tatsuhiro%20Sato"> Tatsuhiro Sato</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> In the study, we present a conceptual framework for developing a scheduling system that can generate self-explanatory and easy-understanding schedules. To this end, a user interface is conceived to help planners record factors that are considered crucial in scheduling, as well as internal and external sources relating to such factors. A hybrid approach combining machine learning and constraint programming is developed to generate schedules and the corresponding factors, and accordingly display them on the user interface. Effects of the proposed system on scheduling are discussed, and it is expected that scheduling efficiency and system understandability will be improved, compared with previous scheduling systems. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Constraint%20programming" title="Constraint programming">Constraint programming</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Factors%20considered%20in%20scheduling" title=" Factors considered in scheduling"> Factors considered in scheduling</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=machine%20learning" title=" machine learning"> machine learning</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=scheduling%20system." title=" scheduling system.
