In accordance with <a href="http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0400-0499/0465/Sections/0465.0275.html">section 465.0275, F.S.</a>, pharmacists may dispense up to a 30-day supply of maintenance medication for a chronic condition.
